    Kinetic Model Builder

GUI for building, simulating and optimizing kinetic models.

...Convenient simulation and summarization across 2-dimensional sets of stimulus conditions makes constructing stimulus-response curves incredibly simple. For ion channels, this is useful for simulating dose-response or current-voltage curves both with and without a secondary stimulus (e.g. some drug). A series of video tutorials are available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7I2XPkdOvCg&list=PL-J_lULjiFsCPL2pkz8_tFe_aJ4Fc8a8k&index=1.

    Electronic Weather Station System

Two companion weather stations with Wi-Fi upload/download

...There are two circuit boards which are the main controller board and the Timer/Regulator board. The Main controller board performs all the processing of the system. The timer/regulator board converts the 12vdc input voltage to the 3.3v and 5v DC voltages used by the main controller board. The timer/regulator board communicates with the main board via a serial communication cable. The timer/regulator board can be commanded by the main board to power the system down for a precise interval in order to conserve battery power. A Web-based control panel SW is included.

    ANT.Gaussian

Quantum transport code based on Gaussian03/09

...ANT.Gaussian (or ANT.G for brevity) relies on the popular quantum chemistry code GAUSSIAN03/09 code with which interfaces in a seamless manner. Straightforwad use of ANT.G include the computation of the zero-bias conductance (or, alternatively, the electrical current under an applied bias voltage) of a variety of nanoscale systems such as molecular bridges or simply metallic atomic contacts as those created with scanning tunneling microscope or break junction techniques. The use of ANT.G may also be naturally extended to the computation of scanning tunneling spectroscopy and the simulation of scanning tunneling and electrostatic force microscopy.

    ExData Plotting1

    ExData Plotting1

Plotting Assignment 1 for Exploratory Data Analysis

This repository explores household energy usage over time using the “Individual household electric power consumption” dataset from the UC Irvine Machine Learning Repository. The dataset covers nearly four years of minute-level measurements, including power consumption, voltage, current intensity, and detailed sub-metering values for different household areas. For analysis, focus is placed on a two-day period in February 2007, highlighting short-term consumption trends. The data requires careful handling due to its size of more than 2 million rows and coded missing values. By processing the date and time fields into proper formats, it becomes possible to generate clear time-series plots of energy usage. ...

    Soundcard Digital Voltmeter

Measures analog DC signals with the PC soundcard.

With this software and a simple external hardware, the sound card input of a PC can be used to measure stationary or slowly changing analog signals (e.g. voltages). The hardware converts the input signal into a voltage proportional frequency. The software measures the frequency via the sound card and calculates the corresponding input signal level which is displayed numerically and in a “scope-like” view.
