...It appears that the game uses 0-byte SLT files for MP4s with in-game dialog boxes. Instructions: 1. Download and extract the ZIP archive. 2. Run the setup.exe program to install 3. Start app and browse to the Videos folder for HI3rd (or use the default path) 4. Click Repair Once the process is complete, it will display a dialog with information on how many SLTs were extracted. The log window will show the results of the extraction process. Disclaimer: This is an application that I threw together rather quickly. I posted it here for anyone who wants to use it -
