The AlphaGenesis project aims to create both a high quality, strategy oriented, SNES style turn based RPG, and an engine for building top down perspective 2D games. The end-goal is a deep, complex tactical turn-based RPG. The main inspirations are the Final Fantasy Tactics series and Tactics Ogre, with plenty of room for innovation.
