This is just a directory containing the Open JDK (1.7) and NetBeans (7.4) with a couple of small wrappers to allow this directory to be stored anywhere (perfect for USB sticks) and run without installing anything to the local machine. ( input this , expect that ) Also floating point parsing for exponential notation can be slighly improved , does not bother on my projects.
