    Claude Agent SDK

    Claude Agent SDK

Programmatically build AI agents with Claude Code's capabilities

Claude Agent SDK (TypeScript) is an official TypeScript/JavaScript software development kit from Anthropic that makes it easier to build AI agents using the same agent architecture that powers Claude Code and other Claude-based autonomous systems. It provides abstractions and tools that let developers programmatically create, configure, and run intelligent agents that can read files, run commands, edit source code, manage sessions, and execute workflows without having to implement the agent loop manually — the SDK handles much of the complexity for you. Since it’s designed to tap into Claude Code’s capabilities, it integrates tightly with the underlying agent runtime, giving access to built-in tools like file system access, command execution, and code editing, and enabling features such as custom agents, hooks, and subagents.

    kallisto

    kallisto

    Near-optimal RNA-Seq quantification

...It is based on the idea of using pseudoalignment to quickly determine reads and targets’ compatibility, with no need for alignment. According to benchmarks done on a Mac desktop computer, kallisto can quantify 30 million human bulk RNA-seq reads in less than 3 minutes with just the read sequences and a transcriptome index, that in itself can take more than 10 minutes to build. And since it uses pseudoalignment, it is robust to errors in the reads and preserves the key information needed for quantification. This makes kallisto not only fast but highly accurate as well. In many benchmarks, it even greatly outperforms existing tools.

    Brakeman

    Brakeman

A static analysis security vulnerability scanner for Ruby on Rails app

Brakeman is a free vulnerability scanner specifically designed for Ruby on Rails applications. It statically analyzes Rails application code to find security issues at any stage of development. Brakeman now uses the parallel gem to read and parse files in parallel. By default, parallel will split the reading/parsing into a number of separate processes based on number of CPUs. In testing, this has dramatically improved speed for large code bases, around 35% reduction in overall scan time. Brakeman will now track and return very simple literal values (e.g. strings, hashes of literals, arrays of literals) from very simple class methods (e.g. single line). ...

    Typed.js

    Typed.js

    A JavaScript typing animation library

...Enter in any string, and watch it type at the speed you've set, backspace what it's typed, and begin a new sentence for however many strings you've set. Rather than using the strings array to insert strings, you can place an HTML div on the page and read from it. This allows bots and search engines, as well as users with JavaScript disabled, to see your text on the page. You can pause in the middle of a string for a given amount of time by including an escape character. CSS animations are built upon initialization in JavaScript. But, you can customize them at your will!

    PSWriteHTML

    PSWriteHTML

PSWriteHTML is PowerShell Module to generate beautiful HTML reports

...I've forked ReportHTML due to it being outdated and not maintained. I also wanted to address some problems it had and add more features. As it stands PSWriteHTML is a complete rewrite. Make sure to read blog posts provided to understand the concepts and how you can use PSWriteHTML for your own needs. While you can take sources and use it from here, PSWriteHTML actually is composed of multiple other of my modules. To get it up and running you will need *PSSharedGoods, and PSSharedGoods will need Connectimo and PSWriteColor. While Connectimo or PSWriteColor aren't needed for PSWriteHTML, PSSharedGoods uses them for some of the commands and it will fail without them.

Use tox to run the complete suite against the full set of build targets, or pytest to run tests against a specific version of Python. If you are using pytest you must include the -p no:pytest-brownie flag to prevent it from loading the Brownie plugin.

Generate markdown documentation from jsdoc-annotated javascript

Generates markdown API documentation from jsdoc annotated source code. Useful for injecting API docs into project README files. By default, dmd generates github-flavored markdown. Not all markdown parsers render gfm correctly. If your generated docs look incorrect on sites other than Github (e.g. npmjs.org) try enabling this option to disable Github-specific syntax. Two options to render parameter lists: 'list' or 'table' (default). Table format works well in most cases but switch to list if...
