    pyVideoTrans

    pyVideoTrans

Translate the video from one language to another and embed dubbing

pyVideoTrans is an ambitious open-source multimedia processing project that assembles speech recognition, subtitle generation, AI translation, voice synthesis, and video assembly into a unified pipeline for converting videos from one language to another with embedded dubbing and captions. At its core it runs speech-to-text models to transcribe audio tracks, translates the resulting text into a target language using local or cloud-based translation engines, synthesizes new speech to match the translated subtitles, and then merges that speech back into the video, creating a fully localized media file. The tool supports both command-line and GUI modes, making it accessible to developers and creatives needing batch or automated processing.

    The Magda language

    Magda language resource site

Magda is a programming language introduced in Jarek Kusmierek's PhD (http://www.mimuw.edu.pl/~jdk/mixiny.pdf) and continued in Mauro Mulatero's thesis (http://www.tesionline.it/default/tesi.asp?idt=45612). Magda's goal is to allow a programmer to write well-modularized, reusable code. Magda is based upon the core notion of mixin as the only unit of reuse. The power of modularization of mixins is enhanced by two unique features. The first feature is the modularization of constructors. In Magda, many mixins with independent definitions of constructors can be combined without the need to copy any code and without the risk of clashes. The second distinctive feature modifies the way declarations of new methods, overriding methods, and method calls are done, in order to rule out accidental name clashes, even with respect to future modifications of the code. ...

    CRFSharp

    CRFSharp

CRFSharp is a .NET(C#) implementation of Conditional Random Field

...Moreover, it has many significant improvement than CRF++, such as totally parallel encoding, optimizing memory usage and so on. Currently, when training corpus, compared with CRF++, CRF# can make full use of multi-core CPUs and only uses very low memory, and memory grow is very smoothly and slowly while amount of training corpus, tags increase. with multi-threads process, CRF# is more suitable for large data and tags training than CRF++ now. For example, in machine with 64GB, CRF# encodes model with more than 4.5 hundred million features quickly.
