His theory proposes that the structure of time is a complex wave with a scalar potential, and the King Wen sequence of the I Ching is the 64 hexagram code from which the waveform of time is derived; that the King Wen sequence maps the linear progression of the human states of mind, which ultimately substantiates this waveform.     ReViMS, a 3D volume rendering tool for light-sheet/confocal microscopy

    Reconstruction and Visualization from Multiple Sections (ReViMS), an open-source, user-friendly software for automatically estimating the volume of 3D multicellular aggregates (i.e., cancer spheroid, zebrafish, fruit fly). ReViMS requires a z-stack of 2D binary masks, obtained by segmenting a sequence of fluorescent images acquired by scanning the aggregate along the z axis, using a confocal or a light-sheet fluorescent microscope. It provides a number of tools for: (a) segmenting z-stacks of fluorescence images; (b) reconstructing the 3D surface of the aggregates and estimating their volume. ReViMS is written in MATLAB (The MathWorks, Inc., Massachusetts, USA). It is an open-source tool and the source code is freely available at: http://sourceforge.net/p/revims Requirements: MATLAB 2015a and Image Processing Toolbox 9.2 or later versions.

Has a facility to compare 3 empirical models on the same graph to visually judge which model predicts the experimental data better. The empirical models can be input in the GUI as user-defined functions. This tool was written for the publication of "Modelling of Curing Kinetics of Amine Cured Epoxy Resins for Vacuum Assisted Resin Infusion Molding" (The Canadian Journal of Chemical Engineering, 2013), where the proposed empirical mathematical model was verified with experimental data to predict conversion rate of curing kinetics.     A novel Code transformation technique to guide test input generator

    Advance_PCT is a pre-processing technique, that simplifies the complex boolean expression present in a C program. It identifies the boolean expression and creates equivalent conditional branches with an empty body. These additional statements along with original program supplied into test executor to improve test data. It ensures that each atomic conditions have been invoked at least once true and once false. It is done to achieve higher MC/DC, because according to the definition of MC/DC it is required to achieve 100% condition coverage, which was not possible due to short-circuit evaluation by the compiler, due to which MC/DC was low and inadequate. This code transformation technique resolves the problem. It has applied Quince-McCluskey simplification technique to resolve complexness of predicate and then applying the method of inserting empty nested if-else conditional statements.
