(Q)SAR Model Reporting Format Inventory
In the regulatory assessment of chemicals (e.g. under REACH), Quantitative Structure Activity Models (QSAR) are playing an increasingly important role in predicting properties for hazard and risk assessment. This implies both a need to be able to identify relevant QSARs and to use them to derive estimates and/or have access to their precalculated estimates. To help meet these needs, the JRC QSAR Model Database is established and freely accessible through http://qsardb.jrc.ec.europa.eu/qmrf The QSAR Model Reporting Format (QMRF) is a harmonised template for summarising and reporting key information on QSAR models, including the results of any validation studies. The information is structured according to the OECD validation principles. Download the QMRF Editor in order to describe your models in QMRF format and send the descriptions to JRC-COMPUTOX@ec.europa.eu to have them included in the database. Library for reading files created by HEKA Pulse and Patch-master.
Package and libraries (dll in windows) which read files, created by Pulse (ReadPulse.dll) and Patch Master (ReadPMaster.dll) software from HEKA company. Can read a Trace from a whole group, series or or a sweep. Service information about pulse protocols, voltage, amplifier state and so on also is retrieved. Detailed description of functions can be found in the source code. Files readpmaster.lpr and readpulse.lpr contain full lists of exported functions with the descriptions. Project Nest-o-Patch can be used as a demo program for both both libraries, file openheka.pp löads the libraries. Both libraries are highly compatible at the level of API.
Scanning Probe Image Wizard - MATLAB Toolbox
SPIW is a MATLAB toolbox, for automated processing of scanning probe microscope images. Tools are applicable to all SPM images, but the main focus is on images with atomic or molecular resolution. SPIW is primarily a MATLAB toolbox with functions designed to be called in a user's own script. SPIW also has a very basic GUI for browsing and exporting images. A related open-source project SPIEPy (https://pypi.python.org/pypi/SPIEPy/) is developing a python library to for automated SPM imaged enhancement. Verilog Finite State Machine (FSM) Code Generator
SmGen is a finite state machine (FSM) generator for Verilog. On the other hand, it is not an FSM entry tool. The input is behavioral Verilog with clock boundaries specifically set by the designer. SmGen unrolls this behavioral code and generates an FSM from it in synthesizable Verilog. Clock boundaries are explicitly provided by the designer so there is good control on the expected timing

The TLELib is the C++ library, which allows to read and write the TLE files very easy. It provides 2 main objects: tlelib::Node - object, operating with NORAD two lines elements data. It allows to parse the data from 2 or 3 lines and to output the data into strings in according to the TLE format. tlelib::Stream - stream, allowing to read the TLE data from some object of iostream type, and to write the data in TLE format into such object.
