PySCeS Constraint Based Modelling
PySCeS CBMPy is a new platform for constraint based modelling and analysis. It has been designed using principles developed in the PySCeS simulation software project: usability, flexibility and accessibility. CBMPy supports the latest standards for encoding CBM models encoding, SBML L3 FBC, COBRA as well as MIRIAM compliant RDF and custom annotations. Its architecture is both extensible and flexible using data structures that are intuitive to the biologist while transparently translating these into the underlying mathematical structures. . Octave Eclipse GUI
Octave development environment built upon Eclipse's Dynamic Languages Toolkit (http://www.eclipse.org/dltk/). Distributed as an Update site for Eclipse 3.7 Indigo and Indigo-based package for several platforms. Supports search, autocompletion, launching scripts, interactive console, debug and integrated plotting on Octave versions 3.2.x, 3.4.x and 3.6.x. The current goal is to make it running out-of-box on multiple platforms. Currently only Linux and Windows are supported. Mac support is possible. The project needs a maintainer for Mac version, since I don't have Mac to build Octclipse and test it on this platform. Also, it is worth to support Eclipse 4.0 Juno with DLTK 4.

State machine framework for reactive embedded systems
RKH is a generic, flexible, modular, highly portable, ANSI-C compliant, and open-source development tool for implementing hierarchical state machines based on modern state machine concepts. This modern techniques are used to give an abstract description of the dynamic behavior of a system in a substantial manner. The RKH not implements neither entire UML specs. nor entire Statechart specs. Instead, the RKH intention is to support just enough basic concepts of that powerful tools to facilitate the reactive-system modeling holding a solid, and efficient implementation. Broadly speaking, the RKH implementation has been designed from the ground up to be used in 8-bits platforms but can be easily adapted to 16 or 32-bits platforms.

Construct2D is a grid generator designed to create 2D grids for CFD computations on airfoils. The grids are generated in Plot3D format. The only required input file is the set of coordinates defining the airfoil geometry, using the same format as XFoil, the popular vortex-panel code for airfoil analysis. Construct2D can create grids with O topology (recommended for airfoils with a blunt trailing edge) or C topology (recommended for airfoils with a sharp trailing edge). Now available in version 2.0: hyperbolic grid generation to create higher quality grids in a fraction of the time compared to elliptic grid generation. Elliptic grid generation is still available also. Smooth airfoil surface spacing is handled automatically with user-controlled clustering parameters. Also included is a visualizer written in Python with matplotlib.
