C++/CUDA/OpenMP based Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics (SPH) Solver
DualSPHysics is based on the Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics method and can be downloaded from the official website (www.dual.sphysics.org). The code is developed to study free-surface flow phenomena where Eulerian methods can be difficult to apply, such as waves or impact of dam-breaks on off-shore structures. DualSPHysics is a set of C++, CUDA and Java codes based on the SPHysics FORTRAN project (www.sphysics.org) that are designed to deal with real-life engineering problems and are provided along with pre-compiled binaries and source for Windows/Linux/Unix as well as a number of example test cases.

sumo is a program to build consistent sets of EPICS support modules and use them in EPICS applications. EPICS is the Experimental Physics Industrial Control System. Some of the features are: - All module dependencies are held in a JSON dependency database. - The dependency database can be managed automatically with a version control system in order to keep it in sync on a number of build hosts. - In order to migrate your existing support module installation a scanner program creates a dependency database from existing support directories. - The program builds consistent sets of EPICS support modules. - The program fetches module source code from various sources, directories, tar files or version control systems (currently git,mercurial, darcs, subversion and cvs). - If a set of support modules is to be used in an application a RELEASE is generated.

This is a lightweight java dynamic component framework
This lightweight dynamic component framework, implemented in Java in a first time uses no code generation at all but uses only contracts. Contracts are expressed using simple software mechanism as interfaces and/or reflection (from middleware to application). A single small jar hosts the code dedicated to data, event and services management over the network, using contracts, reflection and generics. The main goal of the Java Dynamic Component Framework (jdcf) is to simplify the writing (and reuse) of individual Java components, parts of distributed networked application. The model of the application is described in an XML file. The components are pure Java classes file using a pure Java middleware. GUI to help create a LaTeX document
This GUI lets the user navigate a wide selection of LaTeX structure and formatting tags that are used to write a document in LaTeX. It also has a raw text input box with a LaTeX preview for testing out LaTeX markup. Also, each markup has associated help text and is automatically selected to be ready to paste into the user's text editor. Also, this GUI lets the user choose which text editor and supporting programs are used to create their LaTeX document instead of forcing them into a particular interface of a pre-defined IDE.

Matlab interface to the Open Dynamics Engine (ODE)
MatODE is a simple Matlab toolbox for interfacing to the Open Dynamics Engine rigid body physics simulator (ODE, by Russell Smith), created by the Delft Biorobotics Lab (Delft University of Technology, Delft, The Netherlands). The system to be simulated is defined in an XML file, while the joint positions and motor signals can be sensed and actuated from a Matlab script. Examples are provided. Starting at version 0.30, MatODE is only available for Windows and Linux 64-bit. For older 32-bit versions, select "Browse all files".
