MAPLAT is a Perl HTTP Framework with its own webserver included. The projects goal is to provide administrators and software developers with a set of tools to help them "webify" common tasks simple and fast. The framework is highly modularized.
Two Perl scripts for use as addons for MRTG. Both scripts provide information about a home DSL network (which usually don't have SNMP agents). The first is a latency/"bandwidth" monitor that uses ping. Unlike similar MRTG addons, it uses traceroute to "autoconfigure" itself with the IPs of hops to a target, rather than hardcoding them. The second script uses the web-interface found in most DSL modems to collect connectivity status and DSL connection metrics (e.g. SNR margin).
MacPerl supports the Perl programming language on Mac OS (not Mac OS X). Mac OS 8.1 - 9.x are supported; 7.5.5 is supported by the MPW tool and older versions of the app. 5.6.1r2 is the current version (based on perl 5.6.1); MacPerl 5.8 is in development
