  • GMLP

    Goofy Markup Language Processor (PHP)

GMLP is a small API (600 lines) for processing markup from one language to another implemented in PHP. It is designed to not know nor care about what a markup language is. What GMLP does is to parse a number of newline terminated strings and output them through a set of Regular Expressions that define the from and to markup language. GMLP is now an "any input text" to "any output text" processor. Example definition files are provided for CSS minify/un-minify, search and replace and Javascript syntax highlighting in less than 200 lines! GMLP was designed for you to write your own conversion table based on Regular Expressions. A definition file is a single PHP file with an associative array for the "design" of a markup language. Markdown, BBCode, HTML2MD, TXT2MD, CSS minify/unminify, strip comments, and more definition files are defined.

  • libinstrument Icon

    libinstrument

C/C++ library for function instrumentation and AOP

Library libinstrument is the best way to do function instrumentation in C/C++. You can use instrumentation to implement a vast number of features, ranging from stack tracing, exception tracing, profiling, to interceptor injection and Aspect Oriented Programming (AOP), to name a few. Actually libinstrument comes ready with such modules as exception stack tracing. Project libinstrument is the evolution, the re-branding of libcsdbg. Due to the vast performance optimizations and the generalization of its API, instead of being targeted solely for debugging, It can now be used in Agile Development, follow modern paradigms and implement SOLID patterns in C/C++. It carries over verbatim all the features of libcsdbg, but also adds a CMake generated build system, highly configurable, with out-of-source build capability and portable across all platforms and many IDEs (Eclipse, CLion, CodeBlocks and other)..

Parallel pairwise correlation computation on Intel Xeon Phi clusters

The first parallel and distributed library for pairwise correlation/dependence computation on Intel Xeon Phi clusters. This library is written in C++ template classes and achieves high speed by exploring the SIMD-instruction-level and thread-level parallelism within Xeon Phis as well as accelerator-level parallelism among multiple Xeon Phis. To facilitate balanced workload distribution, we have proposed a general framework for symmetric all-pairs computation by building provable bijective functions between job identifier and coordinate space for the first time.
