    derive(Error)

    derive(Error)

derive(Error) for struct and enum error types

This is a Rust crate that provides a convenient derive macro (#[derive(Error)]) for implementing std::error::Error on your custom error types (structs or enums). The goal is to enable library authors to build expressive, typed error types, with readable Display implementations (via #[error("...")] annotations) as well as From conversions (#[from]), source tracking (#[source]), and optionally backtraces. It is designed so that switching from handwritten error implementation to using this error is not a breaking change: you retain the same API. The README shows examples: an enum with variants annotated by #[error("…")] and #[from] fields to derive the appropriate trait impls. The crate expects rustc ≥ 1.68+. The README also outlines how you choose; use thiserror if you care about designing your own error-types (e.g., for libraries) vs anyhow for applications.

    jCasbin

    jCasbin

An authorization library that supports access control models

An authorization library that supports access control models like ACL, RBAC, ABAC for Golang, Java, C/C++, Node.js, Javascript, PHP, Laravel, Python, .NET (C#), Delphi, Rust, Ruby, Swift (Objective-C), Lua (OpenResty), Dart (Flutter) and Elixir. In Casbin, an access control model is abstracted into a CONF file based on the PERM metamodel (Policy, Effect, Request, Matchers). So switching or upgrading the authorization mechanism for a project is just as simple as modifying a configuration. Besides memory and file, Casbin policy can be stored into lots of places. Currently, dozens of databases are supported, from MySQL, Postgres, Oracle to MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, AWS S3. jCasbin is a powerful and efficient open-source access control library for Java projects. It provides support for enforcing authorization based on various access control models.

    libpython-clj

    libpython-clj

    Python bindings for Clojure

libpython-clj is a deep interop library enabling you to load and use Python modules from within Clojure as if they were native namespaces—and even extend Python objects from Clojure. It bridges to the Python C API, preserving REPL‑based workflows. Bridge between JVM objects and Python objects easily; use Python in your Java and use some Java in your Python. Python objects are linked to the JVM GC such that when they are no longer reachable from the JVM, their references are released. Scope-based resource contexts are also available. Finding the Python libraries is done dynamically, allowing one system to run on multiple versions of Python.

    libreact

    libreact

    Collection of useful React components

libreact is a collection of reusable React components and utilities — described as a “standard library for React projects” — that aims to simplify and standardise common patterns in React development. The library is modular: you can import specific modules such as withState, withToggle, mock, loadable, lazy, flipflop, withValue, List, Map, sensors, toggles and more. Many components are isomorphic (work in browser and server) and some even support React Native. It comes with documentation and storybook examples, making it useful for developers who want ready-to-use building blocks instead of reinventing common hooks or patterns. The license is Unlicense, which means fully open and free to use. With ~2.6k stars, it has a fair level of traction.

    ramsey/uuid

    ramsey/uuid

A PHP library for generating universally unique identifiers (UUIDs)

ramsey/uuid is a PHP library for generating and working with RFC 4122 version 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 universally unique identifiers (UUID). ramsey/uuid also supports optional and non-standard features, such as version 6 UUIDs, GUIDs, and other approaches for encoding/decoding UUIDs. A universally unique identifier, or UUID, is a 128-bit unsigned integer, usually represented as a hexadecimal string split into five groups with dashes. The most widely-known and used types of UUIDs are defined by RFC 4122. The probability of duplicating a UUID is close to zero, so they are a great choice for generating unique identifiers in distributed systems. UUIDs can also be stored in binary format, as a string of 16 bytes. The JSON extension is normally enabled by default, but it is possible to disable it. Other required extensions include PCRE and SPL. These standard extensions cannot be disabled without patching PHP’s build system and/or C sources.

    re2

    re2

Alternative to backtracking regular expression engines

RE2 is a fast, safe, thread-friendly alternative to backtracking regular expression engines like those used in PCRE, Perl, and Python. It is a C++ library. This is the source code repository for RE2, a regular expression library. There is a fair amount of documentation (including code snippets) in the re2.h header file. Unless otherwise noted, the RE2 source files are distributed under the BSD-style license found in the LICENSE file. In POSIX mode, RE2 accepts standard POSIX (egrep) syntax regular expressions. In Perl mode, RE2 accepts most Perl operators. The only excluded ones are those that require backtracking (and its potential for exponential runtime) to implement. These include backreferences (submatching is still okay) and generalized assertions. The Syntax page documents the supported Perl-mode syntax in detail. The default is Perl mode. The constructor takes an optional second argument that can be used to change RE2's default options.

It provides a set of prebuilt components such as message bubbles, chat lists, input fields, avatars, and typing indicators, all styled to resemble modern messaging applications. The library is intended to accelerate development by offering ready-to-use elements that handle common chat interface requirements without requiring developers to design them from scratch. It supports customization through props and styling options, allowing developers to adapt the components to match their application’s branding and behavior. The components are designed to be modular and composable, enabling developers to build complex chat interfaces by combining smaller building blocks. It is particularly useful for applications that include messaging features, customer support chats, or real-time communication tools.

    retry

    retry

Simple golang library for retry mechanism

Simple library for retry mechanism. Context allow to set context of retry default are Background context. Return the direct last error that came from the retried function default is false (return wrapped errors with everything) WithTimer provides a way to swap out timer module implementations. This primarily is useful for mocking/testing, where you may not want to explicitly wait for a set duration for retries. DelayTypeFunc is called to return the next delay to wait after the retriable function fails on err after n attempts. FixedDelay is a DelayType that keeps delay the same through all iterations. DelayTypeFunc accepts a new parameter err - this breaking change affects only your custom Delay Functions. RetryIf controls whether a retry should be attempted after an error (assuming there are any retry attempts remaining).

    rust_cmd_lib

    rust_cmd_lib

Common rust command-line macros and utilities

rust_cmd_lib is a Rust library designed to make it easier to write shell-script–style tasks in Rust, blending the power and safety of Rust with the expressiveness of shell pipelines. It provides macros and utilities that let you spawn external processes, redirect input/output, and pipe commands together, all without invoking a shell. You can write something like run_cmd!(ls -l | grep foo > out.txt) in a more declarative style, rather than manually wiring up file descriptors, handles, and child processes. The library also supports features like variable substitution, scoped environment settings, and defining custom commands (functions) that behave like built-ins. It hides much of the boilerplate of std::process::Command when you're doing simple task automations, but still allows full flexibility when needed. Because it avoids launching a shell, it reduces some classes of security and quoting errors, while improving readability of scripting logic inside a Rust binary.
