    Basscss

    Basscss

Low-level CSS Toolkit, the original Functional/Utility/Atomic CSS

Using clear, humanized naming conventions, Basscss is quick to internalize and easy to reason about while speeding up development time with more scalable, more readable code. Things behave exactly as expected with immutable utilities and styles that do one thing well to help prevent common pitfalls with CSS. Reusable, interoperable styles work like building blocks to lay the foundation for any stylesheet and can be mixed and matched in any number of combinations. Basscss strikes a balance between consistency and flexibility to allow for rapid prototyping and quick iterative changes when designing in the browser. Basscss provides lightweight, performant styles and flexible utilities to design for any device and to help reduce boilerplate in stylesheets. Modular and customizable typography and layout styles don’t dictate what things should look like and play well with other stylesheets and frameworks.

    DataTables

    DataTables

    Tables plug-in for jQuery

DataTables is a jQuery plugin that enhances HTML tables with powerful dynamic features such as searching, sorting, and pagination. It transforms plain static tables into interactive data explorers with minimal code changes. Developers can customize its behavior through an extensive API, adding export buttons, column visibility toggles, custom filters, and integration with remote data sources via Ajax. The plugin is modular, with a core that provides essentials and a wide range of extensions that cover advanced functionality like fixed headers, responsive layouts, and inline editing. Styling can be adapted to frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation, making it blend seamlessly into modern UIs. Because it handles large datasets efficiently, DataTables has become a go-to component for dashboards, reporting tools, and admin interfaces.

    Dragula

    Dragula

Drag and drop so simple it hurts

Dragula is a lightweight JavaScript library that makes drag-and-drop between containers in the browser extremely simple. You provide one or more container elements and it handles all the DOM event wiring so users can drag items within and between containers with natural behavior. By default, any element in those containers can be picked up and dropped in any other container in the group, with sensible rules for what happens if the item is dropped elsewhere. The library includes configuration hooks for customizing what counts as a valid container, whether items are movable, where they can be dropped, and how they behave when “spilled” outside of containers. It works across modern browsers and even older ones, focusing on minimal dependencies and a straightforward API. The included CSS gives you a basic visual style for dragged items and placeholder states, while still being easy to override with your own styles.

File Nesting Config for VS Code

File Nesting Config for VS Code

Config of File Nesting for VS Code

This project provides a curated configuration snippet for the file-nesting feature of Visual Studio Code, authored by Anthony Fu (antfu). The goal is to help developers organize large code-bases by collapsing “secondary” or generated files (for example build artifacts, tests, config variants) under their primary files in the Explorer tree. It supports VS Code version 1.67 and above by enabling the built-in "explorer.fileNesting" setting. It is somewhat opinionated, offering a broad list of patterns (for example hiding .env.*, *.freezed.dart, etc) and it also includes an optional VS Code extension to automatically update the nesting config from the repo. Because the snippet is generated via a script (update.mjs), it is maintained for many languages, frameworks, and file types. The benefit is much cleaner project file trees, reduced noise, easier navigation, and less time wasted hunting through duplicate or generated files.

    HyperUI

    HyperUI

Free Tailwind CSS v4 components for your next project

HyperUI is a large, copy-and-paste library of Tailwind CSS components aimed at speeding up interface building without adding heavy JavaScript. It groups components by common product needs—navigation, hero sections, pricing, forms, cards, tables, and full e-commerce flows—so teams can assemble pages quickly from consistent building blocks. Each snippet is written as semantic HTML with Tailwind utility classes, making it easy to customize spacing, color, and typography through a project’s Tailwind config. The components are responsive by default, using grid and flex patterns that adapt cleanly from mobile to widescreen layouts. Accessibility is treated pragmatically: markup favors proper roles and focus states, and most interactive behaviors can be wired with lightweight libraries or framework code if desired. Because everything is plain markup, adoption is frictionless in any stack (React, Vue, Svelte, Rails, Laravel), and designers can tweak styling without refactoring component logic.

    Inferno

    Inferno

React-like JavaScript library for building modern user interfaces

Inferno is an insanely fast, React-like library for building high-performance user interfaces on both the client and server. React-like API, concepts and component lifecycle events. Switch over easily with inferno-compat. One of the fastest front-end frameworks for rendering UI in the DOM, making 60 FPS on mobile possible. Isomorphic rendering on both client and server, along with fast-booting from server-side renders. Inferno doesn't have a fully synthetic event system like React does. Inferno has a partially synthetic event system, instead opting to only delegate certain events (such as `onClick`). Inferno doesn't support React Native. Inferno was only designed for the browser/server with the DOM in mind. Inferno doesn't support legacy string refs, use `createRef` or callback `ref` API. Inferno provides lifecycle events on functional components. This is a major win for people who prefer lightweight components rather than ES2015 classes.

    Introduction to Vue.js 3 Course

    Introduction to Vue.js 3 Course

Workshop Materials for my Introduction to Vue.js Workshop

Introduction to Vue.js 3 Course houses the workshop materials for an “Introduction to Vue.js” course created by Sarah Drasner, originally delivered on Frontend Masters. The content covers essential Vue.js concepts such as directives, data rendering, methods, watchers, computed properties, components, slots, and the Composition API (for Vue 3), complemented with example code and exercises. Since the course was updated for Vue 3, the repo includes directories for both Vue 2 and Vue 3 resources, enabling learners to explore both versions depending on their work context. Also included are build setups (Vue CLI, Nuxt) and additional sections on animation and advanced topics like custom directives, making it a full learning path rather than just a quick tutorial. The README lists slide sets, exercise folders, solution folders and recommended tooling so that learners can clone the repo and follow along in their own time.

    Jimp

    Jimp

An image processing library written entirely in JavaScript for Node

An image processing library for Node written entirely in JavaScript, with zero native dependencies. If you're using this library with TypeScript the method of importing slightly differs from JavaScript. Instead of using require, you must import it with ES6 default import scheme. If you're using a web bundles (webpack, rollup, parcel) you can benefit from using the module build of jimp. Using the module build will allow your bundler to understand your code better and exclude things you aren't using. If you're using webpack you can set process.browser to true and your build of jimp will exclude certain parts, making it load faster. The static Jimp.read method takes the path to a file, URL, dimensions, a Jimp instance or a buffer and returns a Promise. In some cases, you need to pass additional parameters with an image's URL.

    LaTeX.CSS

    LaTeX.CSS

LaTeX.css is a library that makes your website look like a LaTeX doc

This almost class-less CSS library turns your HTML document into a website that looks like a LATEX document. Write semantic HTML, and you are good to go. The source code can be found on GitHub. LaTeX.css is a minimal, almost class-less CSS library that makes any website look like a LaTeX document. Add any optional classes to elements with special styles (author subtitle, abstract, lemmas, theorems, etc.). The labels of theorems, definitions, lemmas and proofs can be changed to other supported languages by including the snippet provided in addition to the main CSS file. Sidenotes can be used as an alternative to footnotes, where the user does not have to jump to the bottom of the page to read it. On mobile, click the superscript to reveal the note. Add a class of left to the span with the sidenote class to make the note appear on the left side of the page on instead of right.

    Layui UI

    Layui UI

An open source Web UI component library

layui is a set of open-source Web UI component library, which adopts its own classic modularization specifications and follows the development method of native HTML/CSS/JS. It is very easy to use and ready to use. Its style is simple and light, while its components are elegant and rich. Every detail from source code to usage method has been carefully crafted, which is very suitable for the rapid development of web interface. Layui is different from those front-end frameworks based on the bottom layer of MVVM, but it does not go against the road, but believes in returning to the basics. To be precise, it is more for back-end developers. You don’t need to get involved in various front-end tools. You only need to face the browser itself, and let all the elements and interactions you need come from here at your fingertips.

    Learning Prompt

    Learning Prompt

    Free prompt engineering online course

Learning-Prompt is a curated repository of prompts, techniques, and instructional patterns designed to help people construct better prompts for AI systems, including generation, reasoning, and debugging tasks. It collects examples of effective prompt formats, chains of thought, strategy scaffolds, and comparative methods that help yield consistent, high-quality results. The project also includes meta-guidance: reflections on prompt failures, tips for prompt tuning, ways to mitigate model bias or misinterpretation, and how to adapt prompts for different AI capabilities. Because prompt design is a skill under continuous iteration, the repo encourages contributions of new prompt recipes, evaluations, and domain-specific adaptations. It’s intended for educators, developers, and prompt engineers who want a living toolkit rather than static advice. Over time it serves as both a reference and playground for emergent prompt techniques.

    LemonadeJS

    LemonadeJS

    LemonadeJS is a 7KB reactive JavaScript micro-library

LemonadeJS is an ultra-lightweight, reactive JavaScript micro-library that makes building dynamic user interfaces simple and intuitive by providing two-way data binding and component reactivity without any external dependencies or build steps. At roughly 5–7 KB, it works directly in the browser or with bundlers like webpack, enabling developers to create reusable, reactive UI components using pure JavaScript, JSX, or TypeScript while avoiding heavy frameworks. Its core reactivity system tracks changes to component state and efficiently updates only the affected parts of the DOM, which improves performance for both small widgets and larger applications. The library also offers powerful template syntax and lifecycle hooks so you can manage state, effects, loops, and events in a clear and expressive way while keeping your code close to native JavaScript.
