    tcomb

    tcomb

Type checking and DDD for JavaScript

tcomb is a JavaScript library for defining and checking runtime types in Node.js and browser environments. It gives developers a concise syntax for modeling values, structures, interfaces, enums, unions, refinements, and other domain-level constraints. The library is useful in JavaScript projects where static type information is unavailable or insufficient at runtime. It can validate external inputs, document data expectations, and support safer programming patterns without requiring a full type system migration. tcomb also serves as the foundation for related projects such as tcomb-validation and tcomb-form. Its main value is bringing lightweight, expressive runtime type modeling to JavaScript applications.

    tcomb-form

    tcomb-form

    Forms library for react

tcomb-form is a React form library that generates forms from tcomb domain models. It builds on tcomb and tcomb-validation to connect data structure, validation logic, and user interface generation in a single workflow. Developers define the shape of the data once, then the library can render form fields, apply validation, and return typed values. This makes it useful for applications with many structured forms where hand-writing every input would create repetitive code. The project supports customization through templates, options, labels, placeholders, and field-level configuration. Although it belongs to an older React ecosystem, it remains a clear example of model-driven form generation for web applications.

    tcomb-form-native

    tcomb-form-native

    Forms library for react-native

tcomb-form-native is a React Native forms library built around tcomb domain models and validation. It helps developers generate mobile forms from structured data definitions instead of writing each field manually. The library connects model definitions, validation rules, and UI generation into one workflow, reducing repetitive form code in React Native apps. It supports common input types, custom templates, styling options, and validation feedback based on the underlying tcomb schema. The project is useful for apps that need many structured forms and want consistency across fields and screens. Although it reflects an older React Native ecosystem, it remains a notable example of model-driven form generation for mobile interfaces.

    tedo

dom oriented javascript template for dynamic pages

Tedo is a template engine in javascript for pages with a lot of dynamically updated content. It works in the DOM-tree to make a clean distinktion between layout and script. WIth tedo it is easy to update layout or dynamic behaviour without breakage. Templates are created in the normal html-file. To special elements the class tedo is added and data-tedo-tags describing the type of template. To modify elements through templates the tedo object is used. Example of usage is tedo.my_list.addLast() The goal is that it should be compatible with the newer versions of all big browsers both mobile and stationary, but it requires some newer features like classlist, dataset and elementNode references.

A modern approach for Computer Vision on the web

The tracking.js library brings different computer vision algorithms and techniques into the browser environment. By using modern HTML5 specifications, we enable you to do real-time color tracking, face detection and much more, all that with a lightweight core (~7 KB) and intuitive interface. To get started, download the project. This project includes all of the tracking.js examples, source code dependencies you'll need to get started. Unzip the project somewhere on your local drive. The package includes an initial version of the project you'll be working with. While you're working, you'll need a basic HTTP server to serve your pages. Test out the web server by loading the finished version of the project. The main goal of tracking.js is to provide those complex techniques in a simple and intuitive way on the web. We believe computer vision is important to improve people's life, bringing it to the web will make this future a reality a lot faster.

    twitter-text

    twitter-text

This code is used at Twitter to tokenize and parse text

Twitter Text Libraries. This code is used at Twitter to tokenize and parse text to meet the expectations for what can be used on the platform. This repository is a collection of libraries and conformance tests to standardize parsing of Tweet text. It synchronizes development, testing, creating issues, and pull requests for twitter-text's implementations and specification. These libraries are responsible for determining the quantity of characters in a Tweet and identifying and linking any URL, @username, #hashtag, or $cashtag. Emoji supported by twemoji always count as two characters, regardless of combining modifiers. This includes emoji which have been modified by Fitzpatrick skin tone or gender modifiers, even if they are composed of significantly more Unicode code points. Emoji weight is defined by a regular expression in twitter-text that looks for sequences of standard emoji combined with one or more Unicode Zero Width Joiners (U+200D).

    v8n

    v8n

    JavaScript fluent validation library

v8n aims to be the most fluent and simple validation library for use in any context. The API is beautifully readable and allows for easy creation of complex validations in any part of your app. Even though there are many useful default validation methods, it's a breeze to add your own fluent rules to v8n and use them anywhere in your app. The name v8n is actually derived from the structure of the word "validation". If you look closely you will find that between the v and the n, there are precisely 8 letters (a l i d a t i o). So we get from the sort of boring word validation to the very nice-looking acronym v8n.

    venn.js

    venn.js

Area proportional Venn and Euler diagrams in JavaScript

venn.js is a JavaScript library for creating area-proportional Venn and Euler diagrams from numerical set data. Developers define individual set sizes and intersection sizes, and the library calculates an appropriate visual arrangement. Diagram areas are designed to correspond proportionally to the supplied values. Rendering integrates with D3, allowing developers to manipulate the resulting SVG elements with familiar D3 techniques. Colors, opacity, text, and other visual properties can be customized after rendering. Diagrams can also react dynamically when their underlying dataset changes, making the library useful for interactive data visualization applications.

    vue-countTo

    vue-countTo

It's a vue component that will count to a target number

Vue-countTo is a lightweight, dependency-free Vue component that smoothly animates numbers from a start value to an end value over a specified duration. It automatically detects whether to count up or down based on the given values. The component exposes props for timing, easing, and dynamic updates so you can adjust targets on the fly. Because it’s SSR-friendly, it can be used in universal apps without breaking server rendering. A live demo showcases common use cases like incremental updates and countdowns, making it easy to test parameters. Inspired by countUp.js, the component remains small and focused while embracing idiomatic Vue patterns.

    vue-datatables-net

    vue-datatables-net

    Vue jQuery DataTables.net wrapper component

This library is a Vue 3 wrapper for jQuery DataTables. It's a tiny wrapper that doesn't include anything, not even the datatables.net core library. You've found this library because you want to use jQuery datatables.net client-side with your application. Alternatively, if you simply want to integrate with a server-side datatables.net compatible endpoint, then I'd like to suggest looking at bootstrap-vue b-table and this component. Default configuration and provide an example for bootstrap5 styling. Though, it allows for complete flexibility of customization with any other jQuery DataTables-supported theme.

    vue-hooks

    vue-hooks

Experimental React hooks implementation in Vue

vue-hooks is an archived proof of concept that experimented with bringing hook-style component logic to Vue before Vue gained its own Composition API. It implements React-inspired patterns such as useState, useEffect, and reusable custom hooks. The project also includes Vue-oriented hooks for reactive data, computed values, watchers, and lifecycle events. Components can be wrapped with withHooks or use the hooks plugin inside more traditional Vue components. Example files demonstrate state, effects, computed values, lifecycle handling, and shared logic. The author explicitly described the library as experimental and unsuitable for production. Development ended after Vue introduced an official hooks-inspired composition model, making the repository mainly useful as a historical design experiment.

    vue2-happyfri

    vue2-happyfri

Learning-oriented app that recreates a mobile food-ordering experience

vue2-happyfri is a learning-oriented Vue 2 application that recreates a mobile food-ordering experience to demonstrate how to structure a real-world single-page app. It shows how to compose UI from reusable components, wire up routing between views, and manage shared state for carts, users, and menus. The project emphasizes responsive, touch-friendly interactions and small polish details—like transitions, toasts, and loading states—that make the app feel production-ready. It includes examples of fetching and normalizing data, handling asynchronous flows, and keeping UI reactive to server responses. Developers can study folder structure, component boundaries, and patterns for passing data and events cleanly through the tree. As a whole, it provides a concrete blueprint for building consumer-grade Vue apps that balance clarity, scalability, and user experience.
