JSqlParser is a SQL statement parser. It translates SQLs in a traversable hierarchy of Java classes. JSqlParser is not limited to one database but provides support for a lot of specials of Oracle, SqlServer, MySQL, PostgreSQL. This project was the result of working on systems constrained to versions of Java < 1.5 and including a great deal of code dealing with object persistence. This project was essentially a proof-of-concept to determine whether or not I could create, essentially, an alternative to JPA that did not rely on annotations.
