RedSun is a proof-of-concept security project that demonstrates a critical privilege escalation vulnerability in Microsoft Defender by exploiting unintended file-handling behavior. The tool leverages how Defender processes files tagged with cloud metadata, where instead of removing malicious files, the antivirus may rewrite them to their original location.

The libRSF is an open source C++ library that provides several components that are required to estimate the state of a (robotic) system based on probabilistic methods. By applying the factor graph concept, well known from Graph SLAM, libRSF provides a robust solution for many sensor fusion problems. The general idea of factor graphs is to describe the state estimation problem as a graph of nodes (the state variables) that are connected by factors (measurements). The resulting graph optimization problem can be solved by applying non-linear least squares optimization.

WFEX provides functionality for portably executing code using a variety of different execution types ("executors") from generic job objects, most notably the "tasklet" concept. This project deals with a new concept of the heterogeneous grid for acceleration of the numerical linear algebra computing. We design this grid with respect to maximal ratio between cost and computational power. It allows a parallelization of scientific codes with minimal programming effort.
