    Major Pinger is a pinger that returns most ping related information and generated statistics. It not only can be used to ping a site's availability, but can also be used to ping a downed site to determine when it is available. Report listing can be by Error, Ping OK, or All information. Information is written to the window at the bottom of the interface and to a log file. Alarms can be set to sound upon site ping OK or after a number of ping errors overall or after a number of sequential ping errors. Major Pinger can now ping a port (= open/close a port) to determine if a port is currently available.
