With this simple tool, you can launch your Portal 2 maps instantly without having to start Portal 2, enabling the console, typing "map mapname" & hitting enter. All you have to do is specify where your Portal 2 standalone .exe is located, then, after your map is installed properly, you can enter its name without the extension into the second textbox.
