    A lightweight, portable radial menu for Windows written in PureBasic.

    ...HOW IT WORKS: * Startup: Run the .exe file. On the first launch, a 'mouselauncher.ini' file will be created automatically in the same folder. * Activation: Press the MIDDLE MOUSE BUTTON (scroll wheel) by default to toggle the menu. * Settings: Press CTRL + ALT + S while the menu is visible to enter the configuration panel. * Close/Exit: Click anywhere outside the menu to hide it, or press ESC when it's visible to terminate the process.
