Clear visibility and insights into how employees work. Even remotely
Our computer monitoring software allows employees, field contractors, and freelancers to manually clock in when they begin working on an assignment. The application will take screenshots randomly or at set intervals, which allows employers to observe the work process. The application only tracks activity when the employee is clocked in. No spying, only transparency.

Easy reference and translation to the military alphabet
2 programs together: MilAlph is a Windows system tray icon which, when clicked, pops up a reference of the military alphabet. MilTrans, when left-clicked, pops up a box with whatever was in the clipboard translated into the military alphabet. Spaces become |, numbers and punctuation are preserved. A right-click closes it.
The program lives in your system tray and every n minutes (seted in preferences) asks you to write a translation of words from dictionary. Dictionary file, amount of words, count of asking, start number, time interval can be cofigured.
Some dictionaries may be found here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/lingvist/files/My%20Dictionaries/
You can create your own dictionaries. Editor is here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/lingvist/files/Dictionary%20editor%20%28old%29/
My largest problem learning the language of the country I'm living in (Finland) is that the vocabulary doesn't want to stick. After a short time I've forgotten them again and honestly I'm not willing to sit down every evening after work to repeat them all. But hey, I'm sitting in front of a computer pretty much the whole day and I learned programming. Ergo:
This is a very basic tool that every few (pre-defined) minutes pops up a window and asks me one random word out of one (or more)...
This is a vocabulary trainer which organizes the vocables in trays. New vocables are put in tray 0 and each time the user gets it right, it is put in the next tray. But if he gets it wrong, it is put back into tray 0.
