If you are going to run it with Tor it assumes you are running Tor on 127.0.0.1:9050. Kills most unprotected web servers running Apache and IIS via a single instance. Kills Apache 1.X and older IIS with ~128 threads, newer IIS and Apache 2.X with ~256 threads.

You Only Meter Once - The open hardware smart metering system
Researches have shown that immediate feedback can increase energy saving dramatically. YoMo aims to empower people using low-cost open hardware smart meters in their household. The metering system consists of a coordination unit, a raspberry pi, and several smart meters, arduino boards equipped with communication shields and our self-designed yomo metering shield. The smart meters are attached to household devices and monitor their energy consumption. The gathered data is timestamped and transmitted to the coordination device. This device offers interfaces to control the smart meters. On top of the software runs a apache webserver that provides all estimated data on our yomo project homepage. The system does not need any maintenance and works out of the box after the devices were integrated into the households Wi-Fi network. Cis-element prediction tool from microarray data
We developed a novel clustering-free method, microarray-associated motif analyzer (MAMA), to predict novel cis-acting elements based on weighted sequence similarities and gene expression profiles in microarray analyses. Simulation of gene expression was performed using a support vector machine and based on the presence of predicted motifs and motif pairs. The accuracy of simulated gene expression was used to evaluate the quality of prediction and to optimize the parameters used in this method. Koxinga using 12 faces dice and the points are 0~10 and fire. Fire and star means immediate win 5. Jamaica have backward card action that is not in Koxinga. But Koxinga have "forward dice points minus one/two" card action

Add and Subtract game
AS refer to Add and Sub. During the game process, the card present as Arrow. Game Rule: Delete all card to win. User can drag and drop card from cards library to original 6 cards. At the game start, original 6 cards look like: d -b e- a -c f User can connect d, e, f cards. Once d and e are deleted, user can connect to b. Cards are positive for a, b, c, d, e, f. And then connecting card is negative. In the similar way, the next card is positive (do the add), and then the card is negative (do the subtract). The row of cards can be deleted as sum of cards is 0. (J is 11,Q is 12, K is 13) If the number of cards is 12, but can't be deleted now. The game is over. By the way, if cards library is empty and user can't win, the game is over. Note: 1. Click "NEW GAME!" can start a new game. 2. Click cheat image (NOT text), can ON/OFF cheat information. Python scripts for designing polyepitope T-cell immunogens
Given the peptides (T-cell epitopes) PolyCTLDesigner selects flanking sequences to optimize TAP-binding and joins resulting oligopeptides into a polyepitope in a way providing efficient liberation of potential epitopes by proteasomal and/or immunoproteasomal processing and minimizing the number of junctional epitopes. For constructing polyepitopes PolyCTLDesigner utilizes known amino acid patterns of proteasome cleavage and TAP-binding specificity. PolyCTLDesigner is also able to choose antigenic peptides covering selected HLA repertoire with desired redundancy rate. Given the antigen sequences PolyCTLDesigner is also able to select T-helper epitopes. For predicting T-cell epitopes it uses TEpredict.
