Easy way to use the 1-wire sensors like temperature, voltage and more.
OWFS -- 1-Wire file system. Use the Dallas 1-Wire and iButton chips with standard filesystem commands. Create temperature loggers. Monitor everything. OWHTTPD -- same system, only used as a light weight web server. OWFS is also ported to embedded routers, Mac OSX and Windows. Basically you can use these inexpensive little sensors and other chips with very simple wiring to sense and control the physical environment. The interface is very flexible -- everything from a web browser, to read and writing directly to the chip's "file" to integrating with your programs -- even over the internet. There is a growing number of 1-wire sensors: temperature, voltage, humidity, light, ultraviolet, pressure, thermisters, thermocouples, programmable microcontrollers, relays, lights, LCD panels, etc.

LatexInWord provides macros for Microsoft Word that allow the use of LaTeX input to create equations images in both inline and display modes. Similar macros for other word processors will hopefully be added in the future. We are currently in the process of migrating this project to GitHub: Client: https://github.com/EngineeroLabs/latex_in_word Server: https://github.com/EngineeroLabs/Process_LaTeX
AquaTerm is a Mac OS X grahics renderer. It allows command line applications written in ObjC, C, FORTRAN, Lisp, Perl or Python to display vector graphics, text and images using a simple API. Adapters for gnuplot, PGPLOT, and PLplot exists as well.
A bioinformatics tool to PRe-process and show INformation of SEQuence data. The tool is written in Perl and can be helpful if you want to filter, reformat, or trim your sequence data. It also generates basic statistics for your sequences.
Extract and reformat a sequence database search or multiple alignment
NOTE: The MView repository and web pages have moved to: https://github.com/desmid/mview https://desmid.github.io/mview/ Release tarballs will continue to be uploaded to SourceForge. ---- MView is a command line utility that extracts and reformats the results of a sequence database search or a multiple alignment, optionally adding HTML markup for web page layout. It can also be used as a filter to extract and convert searches or alignments to common formats. Inputs: - Sequence database search: BLAST, FASTA suites. - Multiple sequence alignment: CLUSTAL, HSSP, MSF, FASTA, PIR, MAF. Outputs: - HTML, FASTA, CLUSTAL, MSF, PIR, RDB (tab-separated). Non-Coding RNA PROfiling from sRNA-seq
ncPRO-seq is a tool for annotation and profiling of ncRNAs from smallRNA sequencing data. It aims to interrogate and perform detailed analysis on small RNAs derived from annotated non-coding regions in miRBase, piRBase, Rfam and repeatMasker, and regions defined by users. The ncPRO pipeline also has a module to identify regions significantly enriched with short reads that can not be classified as known ncRNA families. ############# Docker version : download and run Dockerfile (go in "Files" section) ############# GitHub : https://github.com/jbrayet/ncpro-seq
