Custom ROM for Android
NamelessRom is opportunity; an opportunity to have a voice to the development team of the after-market firmware that you run on your device. The main goal of NamelessRom is to provide quality development for android devices, phones, and tablets alike. NamelessRom developers are available nearly 24/7 and respond to bug reports and feature requests almost instantly. This availability will allow you, the end-user, to have direct input into exactly what features and functions are included on the firmware that YOU run. NamelessRom == endless possibilities. Unless you have an iPhone, then you're out of luck. Get more information and find support on our forums at https://nameless-rom.org
Fast Artificial Neural Network Library is a free open source neural network library, which implements multilayer artificial neural networks in C with support for both fully connected and sparsely connected networks. Cross-platform execution in both fixed and floating point are supported. It includes a framework for easy handling of training data sets. It is easy to use, versatile, well documented, and fast. Bindings to more than 15 programming languages are available. An easy to read introduction article and a reference manual accompanies the library with examples and recommendations on how to use the library. Several graphical user interfaces are also available for the library.
ImageMagick is free software to create, edit, and compose bitmap images in many formats from the commandline or via programming interfaces. Images can be cropped, resized, and combined, effects can be applied, and text, polygons, and curves can be added.
This is the project page for the old Perl version of Natural Docs. It is still available but no longer being updated. Please see NaturalDocs.org for the new version. Natural Docs is an open-source documentation generator for multiple programming languages. You document your code in a natural syntax that reads like plain English. Natural Docs then scans your code and builds high-quality HTML documentation from it.

a tool for encoding/decoding to base62
the package chewingum contains two main programs: - chew - base62 They have been implemented in perl and in java. chew has been written to shorten long decimal integer numbers into base62 strings. It's not a mere base conversion, because it doesn't use arithmetic inside its logic. In this way it can convert very long numbers into strings quickly, without overflows. the base62 program has been written to encode/decode files into this format. The syntax is similar to the popular base64 command line program. Inside the package there is also a draft for a c# implementation of the base62 algorithm. chew and base62 have been ported to java too. the sources are inside the package.
CRC algorithms, test code, libraries and tables
This is a modified version of the CRC algorithms by Lammert Bies. It supports more algorithms and has been ported to several languages. It's also useful for learning how to do hexadecimal calculations and bitwise operations in various programming languages. Disclaimer: These test programs demonstrate the calculation of CRC. I made these translation with a basic knowledge of each language. They may or may not be appropriately formatted / secured / robustified / idiot proofed or any similar programming issues.

Aims to enable researcher to tap in to mobile computing capability
This is a software agent based computing program that will enable researchers and other users to tap in computing power of machine available by sharing work load on the fly with zero configuration on network & resources A self organizing agent program that will understand network and its resource. where as the only job left to researcher is to split up jobs in several chunks of programs either parallel or sequential jobs and go issue the job (A visual Modeler or Scripting support need to be yet designed) Software agents will automatically manage the rest or resource management, sharing , cloning of tasks etc. new resources can be added and removed from the system on fly; in layman terms the project will create an agent program that enable sharing & execution of program among all the available resources whether it be desktop, laptop, pda . thereby one can accelerate research to the very extent of resource availability with out bothering about anything...
