This is a MATLAB model of an end-to-end chain compliant to the DVB-T2 standard (ETSI EN 302 755 available from www.etsi.org). It was originally developed within the DVB consortium (www.dvb.org) by AICIA, BBC, Pace, Panasonic and SIDSA.
A Matlab toolbox for calibrating the Kinect Sensor. It provides functions to jointly calibrate the depth sensor with a color camera as well as to generate a depth map for the color image and reproject the points in metric coordinates.
A library providing easy, flexible, and efficient read/write access to video files using a wide variety of codecs in MATLAB on Windows and GNU/Linux platforms, using DirectShow and ffmpeg backends, respectively. Also provided are 'load' and 'imread' for bulk reading.
A high-level python to matlab(tm) bridge. Let's matlab look like a normal python library.
A MATLAB toolbox for time series analysis using state space models. Supports fully interactive model construction with MATLAB objects and efficient Kalman filter backend implemented in c.
The NJ toolbox (njTBX) is a matlab object API, built on top of Unidata's Netcdf-Java API to facilitate netCDF model data manipulation. Development of njTBX is a part of 'An Open-Source Community Model for Coastal Sediment Transport' project.
This is a fast C implementation of Arturo Camacho's SWIPE' pitch extraction algorithm. See the project homepage for more about the advantages of the SWIPE' algorithm. swipe-1.0.tar.gz contains the current source, which should compile quite neatly.

<Temporarily Unavailable Online> This project is aiming at completing a library of open codes (mainly based on MATLAB at present) to deal with Dipoles-Cavity Interaction problems. Common methods, including Green's function method and Master Equation method et al, will be applied to the coding. Samples of calculations and standard comparison with publications using the library will be given for demonstration of the usage. Interface to some commonly used software, such as Lumerical FDTD Solutions, will also be developed in the project. This project is titled under nanophotonics, quantum optics, nano-optics, computational physics and physics.
The Recursive Zonal Equal Area (EQ) Sphere Partitioning Toolbox is a suite of Matlab functions for partitioning and point distribution on multidimensional spheres.
EveAI processes the data assuming that it has already been read by a sensor. Theoretically this should give it reflex behavior. Now the end product should be a self conscious machine future plans are to include the field of robotics.
an automated gap closing tool
Development version: https://github.com/pirovc/fgap FGAP aims to improve genome sequences by merging alternative assemblies or incorporating alternative data, analyzing the gap region and indicating the best sequence to close the gap.
MatLab toolbox for magnetospheric and ionospheric science.
A MatLab toolbox with many simple and useful functions for analyzing data from Cluster, Champ and the Swarm missions. Other functions for space plasma physics, magnetospheric and ionospheric research are included. The toolbox is designed to be as simple as possible. Each function can be learned and used individually. See the tutorial in the Files section for a quick introduction.
Detect sphere-shaped paramagnetic deposits in MRI datasets
Moved to http://parkermills.github.io/MRI-PDQ/
A Matlab software routine to perform Principal Component Analysis using Covariance, Correlation or Comedian as the criterion. Though, initially developed for experiments related to fretting wear but can be effectively used to interpret experimental data from any field. The attached files contain source code as well as a sample MATLAB (.mat) data file of 13 variables. It could be replaced to the data file of your choice. The code is open source but you are requested to give credits if used. Additionally, it also has some useful functions for exporting and generating publication quality figures for different kind of figures in MATLAB

Pipeline for large-scale genome changes analysis of genome datasets.
The active use repository has migrated over to: https://github.com/darrenabbey/ymap The repository here was errantly created with some large binary files included. Attempts to extract the files from the history here have failed. A copy of the history was successfully scrubbed and then hosted at github. -------- Eukaryotic pathogens have complicated and dynamic genomes. To facilitate analysis of copy number variations (CNV), single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), and loss of heterozygosity (LOH) events in Candida albicans, the most common human fungal pathogen, we developed a pipeline for analyzing diverse genome-scale datasets from microarray, deep sequencing, and restriction site associated DNA sequence experiments for clinical and laboratory strains. The YMAP pipeline automatically illustrates genome-wide information in a single intuitive figure and is readily modified for the analysis of other categories of data and other pathogen species with small genomes.
