An open source ambient light for many systems
Hyperion is an open source ambient light implementation controlled primarily by an Raspberry Pi. The main features of Hyperion are: 1. Low CPU load. For a led string of 50 leds the CPU usage will typically be below 2% on a non-overclocked Pi. 2. Json interface which allows easy integration into scripts. 3. A command line utility allows easy testing and configuration of the color transforms (Transformation settings are not preserved over a restart at the moment...). 4. Priority channels are not coupled to a specific led data provider which means that a provider can post led data and leave without the need to maintain a connection to Hyperion. This is ideal for a remote application (like our Android app). 5. HyperCon. A tool which helps generate a Hyperion configuration file. The tool will also remember your settings from the previous run. 6 Android remote control to set a static color. 7.Kodi-checker which checks the playing and screensaver status of Kodi
A decompiler for Lua 5.1
unluac is a decompiler for Lua 5.1. It runs on Lua chunks that have been compiled with the standard Lua compiler. It requires that debugging information has not been stripped from the chunk. (By default, the Lua compiler includes this debugging information.) This program is written in Java. A JAR package is available in the downloads section so you don't have to compile it. It runs from the command line and accepts a single argument: the file name of a Lua chunk. The decompiled code is printed to the standard output. Here is an example usage of unluac: java -jar unluac.jar myfile.lua > myfile_decompiled.lua The current version also has pretty good support for Lua 5.0 and experimental support for Lua 5.2 and Lua 5.3.

open Transportation Control System
openTCS is a platform-independent transportation control system (TCS) intended to manage fleets of automatic guided vehicles (AGVs), but can be used to manage virtually any automatic vehicle. It consists of an abstract kernel that implements replaceable algorithms and strategies (computation of routes, dispatching of orders to vehicles, scheduling of resources etc.), pluggable vehicle drivers that implement communication protocols and a graphical frontend for creating and visualizing logical models of areas the vehicles are moving in.

A lightweight Java HTTP server and webservice-framework
jReflectServer is a very small, lightweight and super easy-to-use java web-server and -framework for creating (distributed) pure java web-applications, webservices and small websites. jReflectServer is able to randomly forward requests to a cluster of remote server nodes. For this distributed code execution no special code is needed. A distributed session can be used to share data between the server instances. Due to its small footprint, it's also perfect for embedded hardware like the raspberry pi. It is based on proven components like apache http components, apache file upload and jsoup.

Light Weight, Web Base Report And Dashboard Generator
Query2Report, Q2R, is a light weight web based reporting build and publish application. Q2R transforms bunch SQL queries to charts/graphs and displays them in a report. Report has one or more elements arranged in form of rows and columns. Element is defined by title, sql query, database connection, type of graph/table rendered and refresh interval. The element individually have auto refresh for real time reporting use cases. The different elements of a report fetches data from same or different databases so its possible to build a report whose data is fetched from different database. Role based security allows the application users to create a "Public Report" or a "Personal Report". "Public Reports" are read only for non admin users whereas read/write for admin users and "Personal Reports" are exclusive to report authors. Angular JS is used to build this application as a SPA and HTML 5 responsive user interface design makes it run on laptops, mobiles and tablets

Monitor and maintain HBase configured for manual splitting
Hannibal is a tool to help monitor and maintain HBase-Clusters that are configured for manual splitting. While HBase provides metrics to monitor overall cluster health via JMX or Ganglia, it lacks the ability to monitor single regions in an easy way. This information is essential when your cluster is configured for manual splits, especially when the data growth is not uniform. This tool tries to fill that gap by answering the following questions: How well are regions balanced over the cluster? How well are the regions split for each table? How do regions evolve over time? See https://github.com/sentric/hannibal
TradeMaximizer supports multi-party trades in which each party offers up items for trade, and selects items that they wish to receive. The system then finds the largest set of items that can be traded simultaneously.
Java backup tool providing file level data deduplication: If a file is stored, it is never stored a second time unless the file's content changes. Instead, a reference to the stored data is created. This holds true even if the file is moved or renamed.
