This is a port of the ebe programming environment to QT.
The ebe programming environment is a nice IDE designed for developing Assembly programs. It also handles C and C++ programs as well since there was not much extra effort. It used to support Fortran and this could return if people want Fortran. This project is an effort to recode ebe using C++ and QT. Originally ebe was coded using Python, Tkinter and Pmw, which worked out pretty well. The QT environment offers substantially better GUI controls. The most obvious difference is that Python ebe has a lot of separate windows, while the QT ebe will use 1 main window and a collection of dockable subwindows. This will make it easier to use.

Carbon Fullerene and Capped Nanotube Generator
NanoCap is a generic application for the construction of low energy fullerene and capped nanotube structures. It provides an ideal tool to accompany the study of finite carbon molecules using computer simulation. The implementation involves a standalone application which includes a GUI and allows for dynamic visual inspection through 3D rendering. In addition, the NanoCap core libraries can be used in custom Python scripts that enabled the user to produce structures in bulk or to include the structure generation routines into pre-existing code.
SWASH is a general-purpose numerical tool for simulating unsteady, non-hydrostatic, free-surface, rotational flow and transport phenomena in coastal waters as driven by waves, tides, buoyancy and wind forces. It provides a general basis for describing wave transformations from deep water to a beach, port or harbour, complex changes to rapidly varied flows, and density driven flows in coastal seas, estuaries, lakes and rivers.
Intellect Modeling Kit - full intellect-based apps development suite
Intellect Modeling Kit is an alternative to traditional Artificial Intelligence, intended to build apps assisting human intellect on the steps of its activity: * Observation * Producing propositions based on knowledge * Elimination of impossible propositions * Selection and verification of the most appropriate propositions * Memorizing - converting data to information and new knowledge item creation * Abstraction finding – building artificial objects, representing group of real objects featuring typical signs of group Any human knowledge written and spoken can be uploaded to IMK in a straight way by any expert not familiar with software coding. The IMK components are designed to create ready-to-use software application using simple text files provided by people. IMK accepts human knowledge and develops new knowledge together with people. The activity of IMK could be verified by human expert on every stage. IMK assists intellectual activity, but does not replace us.
Simulation, analysis, and management of the movement of water
Please see the “Files” link above to download different versions. The One-Water Hydrologic Flow Model (MODFLOW-OWHM, MODFLOW-ONE) is an integrated hydrologic flow (IHM) model that is an enhanced fusion of multiple MODFLOW (MF) versions. While maintaining compatibility with existing MF versions, MF-OWHM includes: linkages for coupled heads, flows, and deformation; facilitation of self-updating models, additional observation and parameter options for higher-order calibrations; and redesigned code for faster simulations. MF-OWHM represents a complete IHM that fully links the movement and use of groundwater, surface water, and imported water for consumption by agriculture and natural vegetation on the landscape, and for potable and other uses. This provides the foundation needed to address integrated hydrologic problems such as evaluation of conjunctive-use alternatives, sustainability analysis, including potential adaptation and mitigation strategies, and best management practices.

A cross platform audio inteface
CIOS Audio Core is the infrastructure and subsystem in Collective Intelligence Operation System. It is a cross platforms audio abstract interface, supports including Mac OS X, Linux, Android, iPhone OS and Windows 7.
CVM C++ Class Library encapsulates concepts of vector and square, band, symmetric and hermitian matrices in Euclidean space of real and complex numbers. It utilizes BLAS and LAPACK Fortran libraries. See http://cvmlib.com for binaries and more details.
Fortran emulation of Matlab inline functions
This is a set Fortran 2003 modules that allows to call "formula" objects that resemble the Matlab inline functions (also called "anonymous" or "lambda" functions in other languages). User can give a formula in a string and evaluate it through an eval procedure. The implementations take advantage of the Fortran 2003 procedure pointers to speed up the formula evaluation. These modules also permit to define "expressions". A expression is an uniform way to work with several data types: constants, interpolation tables, formulas and precompiled functions. Finally, it is possible to work with "referenced expressions", that is, arrays of expressions associated to reference numbers.

Runge is an Interactive Solver for Systems of Differential Equations
Runge is an Interactive Solver for Systems of Ordinary Differential Equations. It solves initial value problem (aka Cauchy problem). Few advantages Runge provides: It's fast. It utilizes BLAS and LAPACK libraries optimized for modern multi-core processors. It's interactive. It allows you to start a solution by mouse click on a plane. It's precise. It uses Runge Rule to adjust step length to satisfy required precision on each step. It's effective. When it needs to compute derivatives (Jacobian matrix, for example) it does that analytically, i.e. without using numerical methods. It's portable. It works on Windows and Linux 32 and 64 bit and Mac OS X 64 bit. It's open. It allows you to implement and embed your own algorithms (aka "solvers"). It's easy to use. It allows to export results to MS Excel and MATLAB. It's multilingual. It currently supports Englis and Russian languages. It's free. It's distributed under the Boost Software License.
Stress intensity factor (SIF) calculation from crack tip displacements
The code implements Muskhelishvili's complex function approach to calculate 2D stress intensity factors (modes I+II) from crack tip displacement fields. Surface displacements can be used with a plane stress elastic model. The code uses power/Fourier series expansion and a conformal mapping of an ellipse onto a circle.
