Allows user to input a .csv of UTM coordinates within the Penobscot River basin and calculates in-river distance (in kilometers) from the river's mouth to the locations of interest. The results are output into a new .csv file named yourfilename+RKM.csv. For the purposes of this calculator, river kilometer 0 is located at 516414E 4927755N in UTM Zone 19N, near the southwest corner of Verona Island. This project is a graphical user interface to the R statistical programming language designed for use in Clinical Chemistry. It allows the user to perform Passing Bablok, Deming and Linear Regression and to produce high quality images in any file format for publication. The front end is written in Python 3.3 and PyQt4 and the form was designed using Qt4 Designer. The statistical analysis is written in R. The compiled binary was made with cx_freeze. This software is free and open-source. It is released under the GNU Public license and comes with absolutely no warranty.

Tool for extracting structured information from Estonian language
A lot of information is available in form of unstructured free texts. Pattern based fact extraction is one possible approach of information retrieval, which tries to extract information in structured form that is usable by other data mining algorithms. This software allows to build and apply models for extracting examples of different relations for Estonian language. A relation can describe any link between entities in the text. For instance, a birthday relation describes the connection between persons and their birth dates.
