Program for solar cell production data analysis
The purpose of the SCiDA Pro program is to help with processing solar cell production data. It has the following features: - Able to handle large data sets in a fast way (e.g. plotting 100k cell data takes a few seconds) - Easy data filtering - Easy generation of a data summary report - Extensive data plotting features - Cross-platform (Windows/Linux/MacOS) - Supports multiple languages
This is a repository for software that is needed to communicate with the data loggers of CORK borehole observatories (mlterm) and to convert and post-process the data. Have a look at http://www.corkobservatories.org/ for an introduction to CORKs.
2D & 3D TeX-Aware Vector Graphics Language
Asymptote is a powerful descriptive vector graphics language for technical drawing, inspired by MetaPost but with an improved C++-like syntax. Asymptote provides for figures the same high-quality typesetting that LaTeX does for scientific text.

NetView P has been re-structured as a package for R and moved to GitHub: https://github.com/esteinig/netview
KAPPA (Key Aminoacid Pattern-based Protein Analyzer) is a sequence search program dedicated to the discovery and clustering of proteins defined by a key aminoacid pattern.
The Modular toolkit for Data Processing (MDP) is a Python data processing framework. From the user's perspective, MDP is a collection of supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms and other data processing units that can be combined into data processing sequences and more complex feed-forward network architectures. From the scientific developer's perspective, MDP is a modular framework, which can easily be expanded. The implementation of new algorithms is easy and intuitive. The new implemented units are then automatically integrated with the rest of the library. The base of available algorithms is steadily increasing and includes signal processing methods (Principal Component Analysis, Independent Component Analysis, Slow Feature Analysis), manifold learning methods ([Hessian] Locally Linear Embedding), several classifiers, probabilistic methods (Factor Analysis, RBM), data pre-processing methods, and many others.
Stochastic simulator for signaling pathways occuring in biological cells. Handles reaction-diffusion processes in 3D tetrahedral meshes.
Tamil calendar application computes panchangam for the given Gregorian calendar day such as Tamil month,Tamil year, Tithi , Nakshatra, Raghu Kaalam , Yema Kandam etc.
The Acids and Bases chapters' (14 and 15) calculations are arguably the hardest calculations in all of AP Chemistry. With some problems taking as long as ten minutes to solve, the can be hard to wrap the mind around. However, with the Acids and Bases Program, a quick answer is never more than a click away.
CBFLIB is a library of ANSI-C functions providing a simple mechanism for accessing Crystallographic Binary Files (CBF files) and Image-supporting CIF (imgCIF) files. The CBFLIB API is loosely based on the CIFPARSE API for mmCIF files.
Linked List Artificial Developmental System (LLADS) provides a framework for carrying out experiments and undertake development of code in the areas of evolutionary computation and artificial development.
ChiantiPy is a Python package for the CHIANTI atomic database for astrophysical spectroscopy. It provides access to the database and the ability to calculate various physical quantities for the interpretation of astrophysical spectra.
Acoustic Simulation Library for Frequency and Time Domain Simulations.
ART is a flexible simulation framework for wind instruments. It includes a growing library of modelling elements. So far bore discontinuities, branches, tone holes, cylindrical and conical tubes, Bessel horns and bent tubes are available for frequency domain modelling. In the time domain generic bidirectional propagation elements, scattering elements, fractional delays, convolution with reflection functions and general z-domain networks are available and can be described using MuParserX expressions. Cylindrical and conical ducts can also be defined based on their geometry. Available models and their parameters can be enumerated and combined to form simulators for complex acoustical structures. Parameters can be specified symbolically by expressions containing other parameter values or global variables. Dependencies between parameters are resolved at run time. However, MuParserX expressions are compiled at design time. Zero-delay loops are detected and reported.

Build system And Software Implementation Standard
The CMake Build system And Software Implementation Standard makes it easy to create sharable software and libraries that work together. This is accomplished by combining and documenting some of the best practices and utilities available. More importantly, BASIS supplies a fully integrated suite of functionality to make the whole process seamless! Check out the web site for more information. The Git repository of this project is hosted on GitHub. Some interesting facts about this project can be found on Ohloh at https://www.ohloh.net/p/cmake-basis.
