A collection of m-files enhancing Matlab experience
The M-lab toolbox is a collection of m-files enhancing Matlab experience. It provides several useful tools for scientist, engineers and students. The tools range from very simple functions to very developped classes and high-level gestion of Matlab's interface. A transparent gestion of Matlab's path is provided in a project-oriented architecture.
A collection of Perl scripts for digital design simulation and FPGA synthesis automation. It supports Verilog, VHDL and mixed language (Verilog + VHDL) designs. See the MediaWiki for more information on how to use it.
MoViT: The Mobile Network Virtualized Testbed
MoViT is a distributed software suite for the virtualization of mobile wireless networks. MoViT provides researchers and developers with a virtualized environment for developing and testing mobile applications and protocols for any hardware and software platform that can be virtualized. The distributed nature of MoViT allows for the emulation of mobile networks of arbitrary size. Additionally, the network connectivity is shaped transparently such that the connectivity observed by each virtual node resembles that of a physical mobile network.
This is a unix distribution I made so that I can develop from anywhere--a virtual desk if you will. Some of my friends and colleagues have found it useful, and an easily accessible place to put the operating system up is on the internet.
An online generator/template for academic articles. With sections for Title, Authors, Abstract, etc. Each section will have it's own embedded editor. At a touch of a button the results will be formatted into a text, pdf or doc format.
open source internet operating system based on Linux kernel, aims at providing software solution to switch, router, storage and streaming application; providing virtulization for network, storage, server.
Smart servers that can provide customized snippets of digital orthophotos using just-in-time geoprocessing and interoperable web-based components. These servers are based on the MITOthoServers who was under the GNU Public License (GPL).
Powerful Verilog Preprocessor. PLP stands for Perl Pre-processor. Perl is used as "control language" that is embedded in the Verilog code (or any other code) to generate code on the fly. It is used commonly as a Verilog pre-processor but can be used with any target/output language (C, C++, Java, VHDL, plain text etc)
TCL and Perl scripts to help analyze structural properties of RTL within Synopsys Design Compiler suite.
Pipeline and set of tools for SNP calling and classification
SNP-SACK provides a complete ''de novo'' pipeline for the calling of variants in any organism and a set of tools for the classification of this variants according to their level of conservation. SNP-SACK was conceived and designed for the efficient characterisation and classification of SNPs and other markers in pseudo-diploid organisms.
A lot of fish in a shoal, in a gigantic scientific ocean.
Ours organization website GCModeller.org is coming online soon! Shoal Shell is the sub project for the "genome-in-code"(http://code.google.com/p/genome-in-code/) virtual cell modelling project of the bacteria Xcc 8004. Shoal Shell aim at provide the modelling tool and the debugging tool for the GCModeller virtual cell modelling, And from the extendible library package, shoal shell can manage to accomplish the entire modelling job for any other bacteria species. Shoal Shell Project needs grownup I'm just a student in the university, and the shoal shell just in its begining, if you have any idea about shoal, please contact me from firstname.lastname@example.org. The Shoal shell needs your professional advice. Try get some help (if you want build the shoal library by yourself): https://sourceforge.net/p/shoal/wiki/Shoal%20Developer%20Guide/
Verilog Finite State Machine (FSM) Code Generator
SmGen is a finite state machine (FSM) generator for Verilog. On the other hand, it is not an FSM entry tool. The input is behavioral Verilog with clock boundaries specifically set by the designer. SmGen unrolls this behavioral code and generates an FSM from it in synthesizable Verilog. Clock boundaries are explicitly provided by the designer so there is good control on the expected timing
A set of Unix command line tools for quick and convenient batch processing of tabular text files (a.k.a., tab-delimited, csv, or flat file format) with a header line. Provides delimiter and compression detection, column reference by name. * tblmap: per-line ("map") computation: derive columns through an expression, delete, reorder, filter rows. * tblred: compute ("reduce") aggregations (e.g., sum, average) over groups defined by key columns. * tbldesc: Summarize columns in file (e.g., proportion of character/numeric values, min/mean/median/max, missing values, correlation with a target column). * tbljoin: Relational join without the need of pre-sorting and column matching. * ... See HostedApps/MediaWiki for examples.
VALARI is a Virtual Announced Launch And Recovery Informant for Mac OSX for GPS & Telemetry tracking of modern high power rocketry. Eventually we might port this to other OSes.
Cisco IOS and IOS-XR VRF maps in GraphML
VRFmap is a perl script which takes IOS and IOS-XR configuration files and generates a GraphML schematic with RTs, VRFs and interfaces relationships. Maps can be edited in yEd!
