    MICROMECHANICS

    MICROMECHANICS

    A collection of lecture notes and accompanying code on micromechanics

    The collection MICROMECHANICS (micromechanics.zip) includes: (1) lecture notes (microbook.pdf) on the analysis of heterogeneous materials and homogenization, and (2) source codes (microcode.tar.bz2) that accompany the computational exercises in Part II of the notes. Instructions on using the codes are given in the README file of each exercise. Further instructions can be found in the file microcode.tar.bz2. The MATLAB codes are used for visualization, evaluating analytical bounds and estimates as well as in the generation of digital and particulate microstructures. The Fortran codes are based on the finite element method in linear and nonlinear settings, the latter capable of finite deformations with damage.     MicroMos

    MicroMos is an open-source software tool written in MATLAB (The MathWorks, Inc., Massachusetts, USA), for automatically obtaining mosaics of partially overlapped images, also manually acquired.     Migration of cells in a social context

    Model of the migration of 3T3 fibroblast cells in social context

    Code updated. There were a few errors in the physical model of the concentration field of secreted chemokine surrounding each cell, together with a few coding errors. All have been corrected, the model refitted, and all simulations presented in the paper repeated. Results from this corrected model are on par with the published results. See pdf file for details.

    POLGUI is an interface between MATLAB and the Polhemus Fastrak digitizer used to digitize fiducial locations and scalp EEG electrode locations.     PsPM is a powerful tool for psychophysiological modelling. It includes linear convolution models and non-linear models for SCR, and allows for modelling of other signals, too. A flexible import interface and many utilities make this software a standalone tool. IMPORTANT: As of 04.11.2019, the official code repository for PsPM has been moved to https://github.com/bachlab/PsPM . In order to check the latest releases, discussion and bug reports, please refer to our new repository.     SPIW is a MATLAB toolbox, for automated processing of scanning probe microscope images. Tools are applicable to all SPM images, but the main focus is on images with atomic or molecular resolution. SPIW is primarily a MATLAB toolbox with functions designed to be called in a user's own script. SPIW also has a very basic GUI for browsing and exporting images. A related open-source project SPIEPy (https://pypi.python.org/pypi/SPIEPy/) is developing a python library to for automated SPM imaged enhancement.
