This is Android Telnet SDK which is based on opensource Putty Telnet as its backend library. Inspired by opensource community and in the hope of extending usage of Putty Telnet on Android devices, I created this Android verison telnet SDK and hope it'll make convenient for some developers when they come to developing Android version of telnet. Please refer to README.TXT in the tar file for instructions on how to use the SDK in your Android applications. I also have created an Android version of Mobile Telnet based on this SDK. A Database System for Metamodeling and Method Engineering
ConceptBase.cc is a multi-user deductive and object-oriented database system for metamodeling and method engineering. Includes a graphical client that builds upon the logic-based features of the ConceptBase.cc server. The data model is O-Telos. ConceptBase.cc can represent information at the data level (example data, traces of process executions etc.), the class level (schemas, process definitions etc.), the metaclass level (constructs of modeling languages), the meta-metaclass level (constructs for defining modeling languages), and so forth. ConceptBase.cc is developed by the ConceptBase Team at University of Skövde (HIS) and University of Aachen (RWTH). ConceptBase.cc supports Linux, Mac OS X and Windows. ConceptBase.cc is free software distributed under a FreeBSD-style license.
Simple Scientific Workflow System for CAGE Analysis
Cap analysis of gene expression (CAGE) is a sequencing based technology to capture the 5’ ends of RNAs in a biological sample. After mapping, a CAGE peak on the genome indicates the position of an active transcriptional start site (TSS) and the number of reads correspond to its expression level. CAGE is prominently used in both the FANTOM and ENCODE project. MOIRAI is a compact yet flexible workflow system designed to carry out the main steps in data processing and analysis of CAGE data. MOIRAI has a graphical interface allowing wet-lab researchers to create, modify and run analysis workflows. Embedded within the workflows are graphical quality control indicators allowing users assess data quality and to quickly spot potential problems. MOIRAI package comes with three main workflows allowing users to map, annotate and perform an expression analysis over multiple samples.
