MetaModel Manager for transdisciplinary species risk assessment
Metamodels provide a novel approach to species risk assessment in which diverse threats are addressed through different disciplines, act at different spatiotemporal scales, or interact in non-linear ways. A metamodel links multiple, discrete models that depict components of a complex system, governing the flow of information between models and the sequence of events in the simulation. Each discrete model simulates processes specific to its disciplinary realm while being informed of changes in other parts of the metamodel by accessing common descriptors of the system, populations, and individuals. Interactions among models are revealed as emergent properties of the system. MetaModel Manager is a platform to implement this approach for extending wildlife risk assessment beyond single-species PVA. MetaModel Manager allows any number of models representing species demography, diseases, landscapes, human actions, or other processes to be linked to models of population dynamics.

HiPS tool features to design and analyze hierarchical Petri nets
HiPS tool is developed at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Shinshu University, which is a tool design and analysis of Petri nets, developed using Microsoft Visual C # and C++. HiPS tool has a way of intuitive GUI which enable hierarchical and/or timed-net design. HiPS tool has also functions of static/dynamic analysis : T-invariant detection, Reachability path analysis, deadlock state detection, and k-boundedness analysis. In addition, it is possible to perform a random walk simulation with each firing steps.

DSTK - DataScience ToolKit for All of Us
DSTK - DataScience ToolKit is an opensource free software for statistical analysis, data visualization, text analysis, and predictive analytics. It is designed to be straight forward and easy to use, and familar to SPSS user. While JASP offers more statistical features, DSTK tends to be a broad solution workbench, including text analysis and predictive analytics features. Under settings, you can specify the software path to use for advanced prediction modeling, data transformation/editing, and python IDE. Of course you may specify JASP for advanced data editing and RapidMiner for advanced prediction modeling. DSTK is written in C#, Java and Python to interface with R, NLTK, and Weka. It can be expanded with plugins using R Scripts. We have also created plugins for more statistical functions, and Big Data Analytics with Microsoft Azure HDInsights (Spark Server) with Livy. This software allows a person to open, edit, create, modify, view, and save 3D STL models. It can also be used to extrude 2D images into 3D objects. You can also insert 3D closed primitives. The new STLX file format supports groups, materials, as wells as colors and generates much smaller files on average (compared to binary STL files). NOTE: This latest build targets only 64-bit Windows Operating Systems due to the necessity of being able to manage (and navigate) very large 3D models.
