    ...To install: Execute setup.exe and follow instructions. To use/ enable: Go to control panel -> Language -> Click on 'Add a Language' to add Tamil (Sri Lanka) -> Once language is added, click on 'options' for this language -> Click on 'Add an input method' and follow instructions -> Once the keyboard 'Tamil - Bamini keyboard' is installed, you should find it available in the list of keyboards shown in system tray or in the windows language toolbar. (Follow common Windows help material/ instructions found online to get the toolbar activated if not available by default).

    Just to make caron in US layout available not only on Ubuntu, but in Windows as well. There are two options to use this layout: 1. Type caron AltGr+. separately before typing a letter for caron (čČřŘžŽňŇšŠ) and AltGr+0 for ring (ůŮÅå). 2. AltGr+z,n,e,r,c,u makes ž,ň,ě,ř,č,ů Installation instructions: 1. Remove EN keyboard layout and input method before installation 2. You will need to reboot your machine after the installation.
