The Joxy Look and Feel is a "skin" to let Java Swing applications look like the Oxygen theme. Joxy is not an application itself, but a skin for other programs. kio_gopher is a gopher kioslave. Kioslave is a kde technology that allows kde programs to access a given protocol. Gopher is an internet protocol similar to http with only text and links. That means you will get gopher:// support in Konqueror.

Since there are no programs to create a theme/style for blackbox, icewm, kde,... I wrote one. Currently, it only works for IceWM themes and it's far from done yet. It works, but you still need to do a lot of stuff yourself.
