    tailwind-rn

    tailwind-rn

Use Tailwind CSS in React Native projects

...A small CLI tool reads the CSS file produced by Tailwind and transforms it into a JSON file that tailwind-rn can consume, with support for watching and rebuilding whenever Tailwind’s output changes. The library supports Tailwind 3.x and works with the JIT compiler, meaning you can use modern Tailwind utilities in mobile layouts. It is framework-agnostic within the React Native ecosystem and can be used with plain React Native, Expo, and other toolchains. The project is actively used and has issue discussions covering integration with storybook, Prettier’s Tailwind plugin, custom themes, and more.

    vue-content-loader

    vue-content-loader

SVG component to create placeholder loading

...The library exposes composable, declarative shapes so you can approximate your final UI without pixel-perfect templates. Because it renders as vector graphics, the output is crisp on all screens and cheap to animate. It’s easy to theme and reuse across a design system, keeping loading states consistent throughout a product. Teams use it to polish UX, align with brand motion, and signal progress without resorting to spinners that provide no structural hint of the incoming content.

    img2css

    img2css

Convert any image to pure CSS. Recreates images using only box-shadows

This is a tool that can convert any image into a pure CSS image. I also made a per-pixel animation experiment using the box-shadow idea, see morphin. Pure CSS, this output was created by resizing and setting each pixel as a box shadow of a single-pixel div, so no IMG tag or background image is needed. This can result in huge outputs, and the use of this output is not recommended for production unless there is no other option. Base64, the entire image file is embedded inside the <img> tag using base64, so no need for external hosting is needed.

    joi-router

    joi-router

Configurable, input and output validated routing for koa

...This object is not the exact same route definition object that was passed into koa-joi-router, nor is it used internally - any changes made to this object will not have an effect on your running application but is available to meet your introspection needs. Validating the output body and/or headers your service generates on a per-status-code basis is supported. This comes in handy when contracts between your API and client are strict e.g. any change in response schema could break your downstream clients. In a very active codebase, this feature buys you stability. If the output is invalid, an HTTP status 500 will be used.

    texgen.js

    texgen.js

    JavaScript Texture Generator

texgen.js is a compact JavaScript library for generating procedural textures directly in the browser. It exposes a set of composable operations—noise, gradients, patterns, transforms, blends—that you can stack to create complex materials without image files. The API is deliberately fluent, letting you chain nodes to define a pipeline and then render to a canvas or WebGL texture. This approach is ideal for games, demos, and creative coding where small footprint and dynamic variation matter...

    Text2Video

    Text2Video

Software tool that converts text to video for more engaging experience

...So I imagined, "What if there was a tool that turns text into something more engaging such as a video, wouldn't it improve my learning experience?" I created a prototype web application that takes text as an input and generates a video as an output. I plan to further work on the project targeting young college students who are aged between 18 to 23 because they tend to prefer learning through videos over books based on the survey I found. The technologies I used for the project are HTML, CSS, Javascript, Node.js, CCapture.js, ffmpegserver.js, Amazon Polly, Python, Flask, gevent, spaCy, and Pixabay API.

Learning Convolutional Neural Networks with Interactive Visualization

...Let’s break down a CNN into its basic building blocks. A tensor can be thought of as an n-dimensional matrix. In the CNN above, tensors will be 3-dimensional with the exception of the output layer. A neuron can be thought of as a function that takes in multiple inputs and yields a single output. The outputs of neurons are represented above as the red → blue activation maps.

...The library supports different builds tailored for formats like WebM and MP4, including worker-based versions for improved performance in web applications. It exposes a programmatic API that mirrors FFmpeg command-line behavior, allowing developers to pass arguments and handle input and output streams in memory. This makes it especially useful for browser-based editors, converters, and multimedia tools. Overall, ffmpeg.js brings powerful media processing capabilities to client-side environments with minimal setup.
