VinHEP is an opensource application made in the simplest possible way to create the ordinary users change contents of the HTML included using PHP inside their website. It is proudly based on Nic Edit application so as everyone was able to do the change. Apart of this, it is optimised for slower hosting servers and manipulates the files themselves.
