Taxonomic Unit Identification Tool (TUIT) is a free open source platform-independent software, designed specifically to facilitate taxonomic annotation of nucleotide sequences via BLAST homology search against the NCBI databases. TUIT is immediately applicable for both to 16S microboime studies as well as for taxonomic classification of the nucleotide reads. Please see the project's Wiki page.
JAMBLAST: Java Application Manager for the ncbiBLAST results. It is a graphic application that allow the user to display, filter, sort, import/export, store/manage BLAST results produced with the NOBLAST (https://sourceforge.net/projects/noblast).
SCAMPI is designed to rapidly detect molecular markers in silico through sequence comparison. For this purpose it creates a unique workflow integrating third party tools like NCBIBlast or Primer3.
A bi-directional BLAST tool for orthologue listing with extended facilities (global alignment; paralogue list; GO onthology; dN/dS; etc) working on Win32 compiled versions of NCBIBLAST,FASTA,EMBOSS, and PAML. FILES AVAILABLE AT THE HOMEPAGE.(JAVA coded)
Stop waiting on engineering. Build production-ready internal tools with AI—on your company data, in your cloud.
Retool lets you generate dashboards, admin panels, and workflows directly on your data. Type something like “Build me a revenue dashboard on my Stripe data” and get a working app with security, permissions, and compliance built in from day one. Whether on our cloud or self-hosted, create the internal software your team needs without compromising enterprise standards or control.
