    JavaParser

    JavaParser

Java 1-17 Parser and Abstract Syntax Tree for Java

This project contains a set of libraries implementing a Java 1.0 - Java 17 Parser with advanced analysis functionalities. The project binaries are available in Maven Central. We strongly advise users to adopt Maven, Gradle or another build system for their projects. If you are not familiar with them we suggest taking a look at the maven quickstart projects. Since Version 3.5.10, the JavaParser project includes the JavaSymbolSolver.

    AtomicJ

    AtomicJ

Application for analysis of AFM data

AtomicJ is an application for analysis of force microscopy recordings, including images and force curves. It allows for fast and reliable processing of single force curves and force maps, providing estimation of the mechanical properties of the sample. AtomicJ supports a wide range of contact mechanics models, including the models for blunt tips, the corrections for the effect of finite sample thickness, models of adhesive contact and models of spherical indentation of hyperelastic material. ...

    JQM Java Quine McCluskey

    JQM Java Quine McCluskey

JQM - Java Quine McCluskey for minimization of Boolean functions.

Java Quine McCluskey (JQM) implements the Quine-McCluskey algorithm with Petrick’s Method for minimizing Boolean functions. Designed for both education and industrial application, it handles up to 16 variables and functions. Uniquely, JQM bridges the gap between theory and practice: it visualizes the solution process with generated Karnaugh Maps for students, while supporting PLC engineers by exporting results to Structured Text (ST) and Ladder Diagram (LD). The software includes a GUI for...

    VeriSiMPL

Verification via biSimulations of Max-Plus-Linear models

This toolbox is used to generate finite abstractions of autonomous Max-Plus-Linear (MPL) systems over R^n. Abstractions are characterized as finite-state Labeled Transition Systems (LTS). The LTS finite abstractions are shown to either simulate or to bisimulate the original MPL system. LTS models are to be verified against given specifications expressed as formulae in Linear Temporal Logic (LTL) and Computation Tree Logic (CTL). The toolbox intends to leverage the NuSMV model checker. Models...

    Impact Finite Element Program
Impact is an explicit Finite Element Program Suite which simulates dynamic impact events. It has a range of elements, contact handling and different material laws. Models can be created, solved and analyzed with the included pre- and postprocessor. Impact is based on an Explicit Time stepping algorithm. These kind of codes are used to simulate dynamic phenomena such as car crashes and similar, usually involving large deformations.
