    PneuSim

Spacially explicit 3D Streptococcus pneumoniae simulator

This project is a simulator which allows the modelling of Streptococcus pneumoniae bacteria in 3D. Models the generic bacterial processes such as growth, the physics of the simulation, and processes specific to S. Pneumoniae such as competence, quorum sensing and fratricide. Provides fully navigable 3D visualisation using OpenGL, and exports simulation data in CSV and HTML formats.
