JCryptor is an encrypting tool based on the Caesar-cipher.
...It can also be used to decrypt an encrypted text easily. Caesar-cipher is a simple encryption algorithm, developed by Julius Caesar, to encrypt his correspondence with Cicero in the ancient world.
