...It takes 30 sec to compile. 10 minutes to download the data files. 5-15 minutes to build the "jwhois / java" - data file for in memory database. 3 secs to startup and read the in memory database after restart. 0.0001 ms to make a lookup!!! B) RipeIpService.lookUp( IP - address) gives "All info like whois command" (Just only for RIPE's IPs - not all IP-addresses in the world) Is only tested on Linux and Mac. Screening peptides for MHC and/or MHC-T cell receptor affinity
...These allow for mutation of short 2-15 amino acid peptides, and associated screening of these using AutoDock or AutoDock Vina, allowing for 8 CPU systems to screen 10K peptides a day or 1-2K with flexible residues added in. A detailed method for determining the peptide ligand for any sequenced and modeled T cell receptor will be published and link added at some point. These scripts are written quickly in a couple weeks to meet a task and could be re-written more eloquently. I may or may not work on this project again, the goal would be to introduce amino acids into any protein in openCL to allow automated design on GPU's.Limits-The standard PDB codes used slightly modified, proline not at angles, peptide shld be linear, -

You MUST retain your original config.360.cfg and simply link to "config1.cfg" which is always the name of the first config. Once done, you'll be able to seek through configs numerically, with the Right Shoulder Button incrementing by one and the Left Shoulder Button decrementing by one. This is very new, so I expect some bugs. Please report them as you see them. Hopefully this will turn into a Source Engine Toolkit. -
