A while after I collected a lot of images which could not be systematized in any good way and were stored in a single directory, I encountered with a problem of repeating of file names of the images. For the purpose this program was created. It can rename photos according to their shooting time. The program is able to process Nikon image settings files stored in NKSC_PARAM folder. -

An interesting feature is, that you can customize most tags as whatever you want. It uses CodeView to support code highlight, and JLaTeXMath to support LaTeX. The method to parse rich text is something like recursively descending. I'm open to PR that could improve performance, fix bugs and do anything to make this library better. -

This program is in alpha development and is not yet ready for general use. Open Star interactively reads multiple images of a fixed star field from a designated directory structure, sums them, rescales the sum, and displays it. This has the affect of maintaining the objects in fixed positions ( stars ) in the summed image, while averaging away sensor noise and transient objects ( planes, satellites, UFOs, etc ). The program also supports normalizing hot pixels by subtracting out a dark field image. -
