...I found a way to normalize 1d wavefunction amplitude so this hack and its random heat vibrations are still unitary, even while microphone vibrating adds energy to part of 1d string of position and speed scalar arrays. The sparse part is, while the arrays are perfectly dense and linear, time is sparse when some springs vibrate with a larger multiplier of position subtracted from speed. In other words, this hack is a quanta level discontinuous field but in theory may be continuous as change in natural resonance frequency (what part of the "guitar string" would vibrate as if nothing acted on it) These few kilobytes of java code, many versions of CochleaSim.java and JSoundCard0.5 as an easily replaced dependency that reads microphone and writes to speakers as numbers ranging -1 to 1 44100 times per second, which is where SparseDoppler hooks in its array, microphone at one end and speakers hear the sum of the whole string. -

CEMAsuite, is an interactive Java-based application with the ability to (i) construct a codon-equivalent multiple alignment (CEMA) from a protein multiple sequence alignment (MSA) file, (ii) generate and score each position in the consensus DNA sequence using multiple algorithms, (iii) design single-degeneracy primer backbones using Primer3 (Untergasser et al. 2012), (iv) estimate the stability of degenerate primers on each of the coding sequences within the CEMA, and (v) export intermediate results in various formats. ...These styles are great for wallpaper based activities like the home screen launcher, but the minimal background protection provided makes them less useful for other types of activity unless you supply your own backgrounds inside your layout. Determining the size, position and existence of the system UI for a given device configuration can be non-trivial. This library offers a simple way to create a background "tint" for the system bars, be it a color value or Drawable. By default it will give you a semi-opaque black background that will be useful for full-bleed content screens where persistent system UI is still important - like when placed over a map or photo grid.
