This is a Java based cross-platform graphical roguelike. Roguelike is a classical gaming genre, in which a single adventurer explores a dungeon of many layers. Some examples are Nethack, ADOM and Angband.

A Java and 2D graphical port of the roguelike Dungeons of Moria game. Actually, that's what I originally set out to do. However, since starting the project, I've discovered Angband (a Moria variant)! Therefore, this is becoming a Java port of Angband.
