A perl script to allow reading both 8-bit ISO and utf-8 text inside xchat. Intended for the greek IRC users. It should be easily modified to support more ISO codepages (tested with baltic, cyrillic and turkish; probably arabic and hebrew).

Written in mIRC scripting language, this bot is a complete IRC administration bot.
