Ming is an SWF ("Flash") file format output library. It is written in C, with wrappers for C++, Python, and PHP, plus rudimentary support for Ruby and Perl.
LampoWeb - is a short library written in PHP, using PHP-ming extensions for flash. It is a collection of functions to create and animate flash movies on-the-fly starting from bezier paths exported from The Gimp 1 (doesn't work with Gimp 2).
