...A middleware engine allows you to focus on the strict business logic of your Lambda and then attach additional common elements like authentication, authorization, validation, serialization, etc. in a modular and reusable way by decorating the main business logic. One of the main strengths of serverless and AWS Lambda is that, from a developer perspective, your focus is mostly shifted toward implementing business logic. Anyway, when you are writing a handler, you still have to deal with some common technical concerns outside business logic, like input parsing and validation, output serialization, error handling, etc.

This project is a result of my tries to port Liferay portal Community Edition to Virgo. I have done this work in the research purpose to analyze an ability of development a serious mass enterprise system on very perspective and great Virgo platform couple with the most powerful open source portal Liferay. My theoretical research has pointed these two product like the most perspective flexible and multi functional solutions matching my aims very well. But practically Virgo has turned out inapplicable for my tasks for a lot of different reasons (low performance, inconvenient migration process, poor environment, not enough functionality of tools, low robust, poor documentation and etc.) ...

Technology demonstrator of 3D rendering and navigation within a standards compliant web page (requires browser SVG support), no need for a plugin. Intended for use creating basic informative diagrams, ideal for live 3D animations through a web 2.0 mashup. Uses JavaScript to generate SVG (inline) from X3D (inline) using a VRMLScript compliant environment object (an implementation of the VRMLScript standard in JS).
