JAVA websocket implementation for a bomberman-like game
This application uses JAVA and Glassfish server to provide an active and simple webSocket server for an online, multiplayer bomberman-like game.
It only requires a running glassfish server to deploy the application on and a MySQL database server.
After deployment and first run, anyone can access your webserver, register and play the game, using only a web browser that has built-in support for webSockets

A small Java program to check regularly if a website is online
This small program was created 2 years ago with the purpose of being run on a webserver which periodically tries to reach an internet hostname to check if it's reachable and if the internet connection is up. (My plan was to monitor the SLA for my Internet connection).
Now I have started working again on it.
Few tweaks coming up shortly:
-logs for downtime
-doesn't exit when the host can't be reached
-a GUI
