It differentiates itself from other similar extensions as being totally free and confined to your infrastructure (i.e. no data leaks to a SaaS). wappskafander_t2 wraps an old version of a Hiawatha web server (hiawatha-webserver.org). If FastCGI and PHP are available, then the web server probably can execute PHP.
